Excellent location. Stylish. Outstanding breakfast. Helpful staff.

Parking was tricky. Our satnav took us near, but to an area without parking and at the wrong end of a one way street. A policeman tried to help, but hadn’t heard of the hotel (it’s pronounced Cloud in Spanish). Eventually we got help, but it was a stressful experience with many drivers hooting, as the Spanish like to do. I then messed up getting to the hotel’s free parking space, probably because of the stress!

It is a beautiful boutique hotel in the old town. It is just outside the hustle and bustle on a beautiful street so it was quiet. The design and architecture of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful, bed very comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop was the highlight. You can order from a selection of options and it will be made fresh on the site. Personell is really professional and attentive.

You couldn’t set the strength of the aircon in the room only the temperature and the electronic pads with the buttons for the lights were too bright in the night. I had an eye mask with me so it didn’t bother me.

We stayed 6 nights and I can say it was our best hotel experience ever. It’s a 17th century building renovated to a beautiful modern hotel with seven rooms. The rooms are all have amazing decorations very modern and unique mixed with traditional style, large very comfortable beds. Our room had a little outdoor space that we enjoyed. The lobby has an incredible library that you can find very good books. The best thing about this boutique hotel was every single detail was thought by the management and the staff was absolutely fantastic, they were very friendly and genuine as well as being professional. When you enter your room, you can find environmentally friendly glass water bottles, healthy organic snacks and even a bottle of wine as a compliment. Also pyjamas and slippers, a coffee machine, organic tea options. The breakfasts in the terrace were so delicious and freshly prepared and the view was incredible. Every morning you can hear the birds singing and have tasty breakfast with different courses. They serve dinner as well for only to hotel guests, which is also fantastic with locally sourced ingredients. The location is also 10 out of 10, in the middle of the old city but doesn’t get much noise from outside, well isolated walls. We have had a wonderful experience and Hotel Claude Marbella has raised our standards so high, none of the other hotels could reach. We will definitely be back!

It was just a perfect stay in Marbella. The nicest welcome with a glass of a chosen drink where we could just sit and relax while check-in was made. The administrator (lady) told us about the history of the building, the art in the hotel, style of the rooms, recommended some places to visit, to eat, etc. It was nice to see both rooms available and choose the one we liked the most. I loved the fact that rooms were cleaned twice. Higher quality bath rugs, towels and toiletries. It is a small 7 rooms hotel so we could barely see other guests. It is located in a quiet place but a few steps away from restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed quality breakfast on the terrace. Best wishes to the administration (especially a lady) which made our stay very special.

This hotel was amazing! A perfect, small boutique hotel with excellent service. The staff were lovely and very attentive, remembering exactly how I liked my breakfast each morning. Many amenities (room snacks, breakfast) without extra charges. So incredibly beautiful, especially breakfast on the rooftop. Dinner was one of the best meals I’ve had.

Location excellent and breakfast likewise. Very attentive and helpful staff. Beautifully quiet and peaceful place to stay in spite of being so close into the old town. Maybe indicate in the room that there are pillow options! Only a small thing but I would have valued a down/feather pillow for better comfort, if I had known it was available.

The attentive service from every staff member may have been the best I have ever experienced. The decor and style of the hotel was incredible. Our room was very quant and comfortable. The hotel was small and cozy and very quiet. Breakfast on the roof terrace was also a highlight. The food was very fresh and again, the service was impeccable.

Hotel Claude exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect; just steps away from dozens of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was delicious every day, some of the best meals we had in Spain. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and well-taken-care of. I can't recommend Hotel Claude highly enough. I will definitely return when I visit Marbella again.

There's nothing not to like, this is one of the best Boutique Hotels I've stayed at.

The building has a lot of history and has kept much of it's original charm and heritage reflecting it's cultural and history. In addition to the above, the stand out is the caring staff, who were attentive, caring, non interfering and non big chain corporate to make us wish that this was our home... 10/10

What's there NOT to like!! Run, don't walk to Hotel Claude! It's thr must stay place when in Marbella!! Everything from the service to the charm of this wonderful boutique hotel rates a "10"! Olivia, thr Manager and the other staff we encountered were engaging, delightful and gracious!

LOVED it all!! There was nothing that I would change! Hotel Claude got it right!
