We spent 10 days at the property it was really lovely. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary utilities. The views of the mountain and sea from the balcony were fabulous. Our towels were changed every day and beds once. There is a large Carrefour across the road. A few minutes walk to the centre and 10 minutes to the Old Town the property is centrally located to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Ona Marbella Inn for all the above reasons and I felt it was good value for money. If you have a car there is a car park called PayLess it's €10 for 24 hours by far the cheapest it's just 5 minutes from Ona.

Good sized room (double/twin room). Mini fridge in the room. Extra bedding, good size storage options in the rooms. Close to the beach (less than 10 min walk), restaurants, shops and other amenities. On the edge of the Old town. Every room has a balcony (city view). Hotel breakfast available. (classic, old school hotel breakfast). Luggage storage available. Rooftop pool. (visited in Feb so I didn’t use it.)

Little variety in breakfast options - ok for a long weekend but could become boring for a week. Check price differences between option with/without a breakfast and decide if it’s worth the extra fee.

The Ona is a great choice for those who want to have an enjoyable stay in Marbella. We chose it last minute because we wanted an easy distance to travel to the bus station early when we had to leave. The location is really good for not just the bus station, its a 1 minute walk to the main high street in Marbella town and close by is the busy beach area which has hundreds of restaurants and shops to choose from. You can easily walk an hour along the beautiful coast line to Puerto Banus or just stay in the town area which has plenty to see and do. The hotel itself is a classic hotel with focus on relaxing vibes, the lifts are quick and work well, and the room itself was large and comfortable. I cannot find any fault in the service or facilities. The staff even helped us get a cab in the morning to the bus station, and it was all effortless. I completely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their stay in marbella and have a fuss free holiday!

This was our 2nd stay at The Ona Marbella Inn. We love the location of this hotel and how welcoming it always is. We had a lovely room on the 6th floor with a view towards the sea through the buildings, the room was spotless and comfortable with everything you could need in the little kitchen area. The hotel has a pool on the roof which is perfect for cooling down and relaxing. In the morning we had breakfast and all staff we friendly and welcoming. We didn’t need to check out until 12pm on our departure day, and when we did Ruben at reception was extremely helpful in helping us put our bags somewhere safe for later in the day. We were sad to leave, but we will be back!

Spacious apartment, modernly renovated, all the staff during our stay was very welcoming and helpful, very close to a big supermarket, close to old town, and to bus station which we used daily to get to some of the nicer beaches in puerto romano. Outside of an isolated night with noise from other guests on the hallway, the other nights were quiet and slept very well. Seems good value for money in Marbella.

The underground parking while nice that there was one, was small and a bit tricky to get into at corners. It's more of an inconvenience if you use the car daily like we did, and there is the option of spending 7 eur extra a day at a nearby big parking garage. Seems limited but we did not have an issue finding a free space.

We were staying at the 'studio' room and we loved everything about it. The view was really nice, the pool was open, the studio was spacious. The bathroom, living area, bedrooms and kitchen - there was everything we needed and asked for. The breakfast was not extraordinary but good, the staff was very very friendly. Definitely one of the best places to stay at in Marbella considering the price and the quality.

When we arrived, we had a bit of a problem finding the parking. However, we found a free one only 5 minutes away by foot. Also, even though we were contacted by an 'assistant' offering her recommendations and help, we did not receive any recommendations when we asked for it (about restaurants or spa). However, it was nothing major.

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Marbella. Good location close to the city center and the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but fresh and tasty. They have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. Overall, we would recommend Ona Marbella Inn.

The mattresses and pillows leave much to be desired.

Honestly cannot fault this hotel one bit. There was a large group of us that stayed here - we were all couples and stayed in a mixture of double rooms and studios and not one of us had a bad thing to say. Rooms are the best quality I’ve stayed in ever in Marbella old town for the price we paid. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The breakfast was your standard breakfast with croissants/cereal/bread/fruit/coffee ect and was tasty. Location was excellent! Large Supermarket 1 minute walk, main town and beach 4 minute walk and gym 2 minute walk. Now on to the staff…. I’ve never experienced such nice staff anywhere I have stayed before. Everyone was so helpful from the cleaners, man in the breakfast bar and the receptionists (big shout out to Ruben!!! You were amazing)! I never write reviews but this spot really deserved it! Thanks so much for our making our holiday an enjoyable one!

No umbrellas at the swimming pool

Lovely friendly staff, spacious, clean and modern rooms. Relaxing roof top pool and nice range of breakfast included. Excellent location with a Carrefour opposite and beach 10minute walk away. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Lack of utensils in the kitchen was a little annoying. Sunbeds felt old and pinged up when you tried to lay down, once you learn to navigate them, they're alright.

The one bedroom apartment was comfortable and well equipped with 2 televisions, microwave, hob, kettle,toaster and sufficient crockery and utensils. Each day towels changed and beds made. Breakfast selection included cereal, fruit, cheese, cold meat, scrambled egg, bread, croissant. We would revisit.

Could do with some lighting by the wardrobe as it was quite dark when finding clothes.
