We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by a friendly lady who showed us the shared areas. It was a great place to relax for the day, with both small and large tables outside, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, and more. When she took us to our room, we saw that it already included many amenities, such as a small kitchenette, a large TV, and a private bathroom. We also had our own table just outside the apartment. The location was perfect — about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach and around 10 minutes to Marbella’s old town. There was a small supermarket just two minutes away on foot. Free parking is available nearby, either right in front of the property or a bit further down the street. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marbella’s old town.

The only downside was the steep uphill walk back to the apartment. However, a taxi ride costs only around €7 to €8.

I loved the quirkiness of the villa, family treasures and photos in the lounge and modern facilities in the bedrooms. I enjoyed sitting in the patio under the huge lemon tree. The location was good for me as it is in the same street as friends I was visiting. Sebastian, the owner, speaks excellent English and was very easy to talk to. I suggested a couple of improvements for when older guests like myself visit and he agreed and said he had taken note. There is a kitchen and all electric equipment at one’s disposal plus a large dining table although I imagine one could eat in one’s room or outside - there were a two or three places to relax al fresco.

Nothing to dislike! The only thing I would have liked was a comfortable chair. There was a chair, hard plastic.

Property is centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were quite accommodating and allowed me to leave my luggage until 9:30 pm the day of my departure since I had a late evening flight. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in superior room (little private house) with private terrace and all the amenities inside the room. It was beautiful room and nicely decorated. Huge lemon tree outside. Veeery comfortable beds and blankets. Good location but parking can be tricky - we stayed in March and you had to be lucky to find spot next to villa but always some places available on adjacent streets, not sure how it is in peak season. Friendly staff. Great price value for what we got - other places in Marbella were much more expensive.

We had some uninvited visitors (ants). You have to be careful when leaving food. We didn’t notice ants at first and then found about 20 around tiny piece of bread in the sink. And as well we couldn’t find coffee (we had in room only for first breakfast, we stayed for 3 nights).

Probably the best value for money in the area! We only spent one night as the amenities wouldn't particularly suit us for a longer period, but it worked out perfectly for the purpose of our stay. Even though we didn't have an ensuite bathroom, the one we were assigned was for our private use and just across our room and very clean. There's a communal living room and full kitchen for all guests' to use. The outdoor area seemed really nice but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. It seems like this is a guesthouse with some permanent apartments in the back — got to meet one of the residents who very nice and helped us get in, as we arrived quite late. The lady who then showed up to check us in was also lovely and showed us where to get some food at that hour (off season) and the nearby supermarkets.

Nothing, our expectations from what's advertised on the the listing were met and everybody we came across was very nice! They don't offer private parking but we were lucky enough to find a spot right by the door.

We took the separate room and it was just lovely. We had our own little patio which we enjoyed late into the evening. The hotel is just superbly decorated and has a magnificent garden/courtyard. I loved the double security of having a locked door blocking traffic from the street. The woman at the reception was kind and helpful.

Cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom. The shower especially could have been cleaner. Nothing terrible, but definitely sub-par when comparing with the beauty of the room. No parking as well, but a free municipal parking is available just a block away. It was very accessible.

We had a great stay here. Our room was lovely. It was comfortable & spotless! Had all the necessities. It's in an ideal location - quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to the old town and to the beach Fantastic value for money! We'll be back :)

Everything! Lovely villa,been there several times,it's above Marbella centre, maybe 15 mins up and down the hill but worth it. They take that into consideration with their competitive prices. It's a lovely place,so comfortable and peaceful. Sebastian,family and staff all very friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen area with coffee,tea,drinks,kettle,microwave,all u need,and a big water chiller that was very welcome in 32 degrees 🤣🤯😅

Nothing to dislike

The unit is part of a large house in the residential part of Marbella. The owner Sebastian was very helpful and friendly. The room is very nicely decorated and quite comfortable.

The house itself is a bit worn down and needs renovations. You could feel this in the room as well. But the owner was already busy repairing a lot of things. The bathroom had a bad smell but I think this is a general problem along the coast as we experienced it at other locations as well. The apartment is 15-min walk away from the old town and 20 minutes to the beach. The walk to town is OK as it is downhill but climbing uphill isn't so fun.

Lovely little family run bnb with a cute courtyard area for guests to enjoy. The room we booked was really spacious and even had a mini kitchen. Bed was very comfortable, it was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nothing really! Parking was just a bit tricky but we got there in the end. It’s a bit outside the pretty old town area, but that was fine for us for what we needed. It was a pleasant ten minute walk away, but if you want to be right in the old town you may want a different spot.
