We did not have breakfast, tend to eat later in the day. The reception and bar staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The staff took our luggage to our room and collected it at the end of our stay which is far more than I can say for the staff at Hapimag Resort, Marbella, who made us fend for ourself and had to dispose of our own rubbish and pay 2 euros each towel if we wanted to change them, plus 50 euros each towel deposit in case we did not return it !!!!!!

Wonderful view of the sea and palm trees! Spacious and clean rooms. The service exceeded our expectations and they were very accommodating. Good air conditioning. Water was provided in the room. Comfortable bed and nice bed linen. There is a playground for children and a nice pool with enough chairs available.

The value for money of our room. At this price point, coffee capsules could have been included, as they are usually offered in this category. We got a room where the bedroom had two single beds pushed together.

Great location if you don’t mind a very busy public beach a step away. Very clean facilities. Air con worked well on the hot June days I visited. Wonderful yoga classes offered on a beautiful rooftop with stunning views.

It’s surprisingly quiet for being so huge. I missed a proper restaurant for breakfast; there’s a deli/cafe instead… and found having to take out my own trash on the last day very awkward. Large unit but furniture a bit hard and outdated.

Large rooms and balconies. The range of facilities was superb. The decor and overall ambience was also superb. Large supermarket 2 min walk away.

No room or towel cleaning service (for a 5 night stay) €2 deposit for each cup when ordering a drink for poolside

Location central and easy walk to old town. Right on beach and hotel has parking for the hire car. Shop & small cafe cooking breakfast at a reasonable price with freshly squeezed OJ

Washing machine in the apartment/flat would have been a real bonus - there is an external laundry shoot, but didn't want a charge for a small amount of washing.

Very clean, large rooms, close proximity to the old town and the pool had a lovely view of the ocean. If you need a grocery store there is one next door.

The location is top class. very good value for money based on its location

the rooms. I didn’t realise the accommodation is aparthotel style. the hotel is very plus, but the bedrooms/apartments are run down & in need of a revamp

The facilities, the restaurant and the little supermarket were ideal. The pool was lovely all the one depth. The scenery from our room and from the pool and room terrace were unreal

The rooms let the whole place down. They are very old and dated all they need is a bit of refurbishment and it will be perfect

The reception staff were very helpful and very friendly, their help was invaluable in all aspects from welcoming us at the property to telling us the touristic places, and finally organising a taxi back to the airport.
