I love the location and the beds are really comfortable. The pool wasn't too busy even at the height of summer. The water was a lovely temperature. I really don't like cold water and I was able to get in for a dip. Good to see the bar open (it wasn't open last time I stayed)

The check in of 4pm is a little late - I would prefer a 3pm check in to take more advantage of the pool etc. We were there 5 minutes early and weren't allowed to get the keys until after 4pm. Something to do with having the hot tub ready. This meant that we had to go to the bar for a drink and wait a little while.

The property was very peaceful but in a great location.

The pool didn’t open before 11.00am! We were there in July which is a very hot month and we like to use the pool early morning, 08.00 - 12.00 before it is too hot so we were a little disappointed to not be able to gain access until 11.00. For us by 12.00 hours the temperature is too hot and we like to stay out of the sun for a few hours. Also the restaurant doesn’t open on an evening was a little disappointing. We did eat at lunch time and the food was very nice!

It’s a very nice and comfortable hotel in Marbella. I liked everything. The location is good. The Marbella promenade and the sea are in walking distance. The room is big enough and I liked the “old” style furniture. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. The bathroom is comfortable.

There was some reconstruction in the corridor where my room was situated. It wasn’t too close but during day time the noise was heard. But I think that it’s a temporary thing.

The studio bedroom was very big and comfortable. Bed very comfortable for 2 people. The pool was great and not too crowded. Despite other comments we found on booking, the restaurant and bar were both open. Location was great: close to a Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets and in a calm green area within a 20mins walk to Marbella center.

Kitchenette a little too small it was difficult to move around even for just 1 person. Would have needed some more basic table wear like serving bowls. No laundry in the building nor a laundromat around the neighborhood except for a dry cleaner. We always found parking near the hotel but in high season it might be challenging.

The spaciousness, the terrace, the furnishings and the comfort in general

We liked the apartment, for an older building it has generally been maintained very well,but it is now getting tired and needs attention to condition of edging and door frames. It is also not equipped with modern electrical switching , USB connectors etc

Location

Small closet place, no bathroom necessity like creams or shampoo, toothbrush etc. I booked for October, was told on arrival that the pool was still open. Was offered towels for the pool but then got kicked out after using the pool after 30 minutes because they said the pool was closed for bad weather. It was still 23 degrees, cloudy but no rain in sight…

The apartment was specious, with classic furnishings and a comfy bed. It even had a small kitchenette, fully equipped. The underground parking of the hotel was very useful, with lots of spaces. Staff was friendly, l9cation was really good as well. Would stay here again.

The room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable. The little kitchenette was well enough equipped for us to prepare our breakfasts. The property is quite near sea bank and near many restaurants which are placed along it. The hotel was quiet at the time that we have visited. The pool was nice size for swimming.

The pool was open until 19:00 only. I think it is much too short time. The restaurant /bar was closed at the time that we stayed so we had to dine out.

We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The location was brilliant. The pool area was lovely and so were the staff. We had a great time. Beds were comfy, we had clean bedding/towels after 2 days.

Some bits need a little TLC but it had absolutely no impact on our stay at all.

It was very close to everything. Distance to the sea is 10 minutes. Close to the city center. Close to the puerto banus . The pool was good, the weather in October was great and you could swim in the pool and the lessons, although the sea was a little cold for the children, you could go to the beach and enjoy the sun and the sea. The terrace was great and the room space was perfect It is recommended
