All staff were really friendly, genuine, and willing to help and make the experience pleasant and memorable. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean, and the hotel territory is green and well-kept. There are pleanty of restaurants and entertainment options available to the guests. However, it may get very noisy at night, which was our case. But the hotel staff addressed our the issue professionally and in a caring manner, offering a quiter room. I would recommend that couples/families looking for a quiet and relaxing time make it clear to the hotel before arriving. Those seeking for fun, will find no shortage of it.

Great hotel right at the heart of Puento Romano. Walking distance from many great restaurants and bars. Very clean modern room and the support staff were fantastic. We would get housekeeping twice a day. Access to a great gym and a really fantastic tennis club, if you play tennis would highly recommend. As soon as you check-in, you get a digital concierge (on whatsapp) who helps by giving recommendations, helps make reservations at various restaurants. The hotel also gives you access to a car from 6-10pm to take you around but we didn't really leave the Puento Romano area much except to go the golden mile which was also walking distance. You can basically spend your whole trip around this area.

Quite an expensive hotel, but apart from that not many complaints. The staff were great but they did walk into our room a few times without properly knocking to check on a few things, water the plants and also when we were checking out. One issue was on the last morning there was no electricity 1am-7am (although they did warn us about this), fortunately we went in May where Marbella wasn't as hot as June or July so it wasn't too bad for us. But imagine it might have been unbearable if it was a few degrees warmer.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Marbella was nothing short of amazing. The junior suite we stayed in was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, complete with a beautiful terrace that made relaxing in the room a real treat. The attention to detail in maintaining the suite was impressive, and we felt completely at ease during my stay. The staff at Nobu is at a whole new level—exceptionally professional and always ready to assist. Their top-notch service was consistent across the board, whether it was at check-in or when interacting with the restaurant and resort teams. Speaking of amenities, everything from the pools to the restaurants was phenomenal. The food was superb, and the overall atmosphere of the resort made for an unforgettable experience. Nobu Hotel Marbella really delivers in every aspect, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury and excellent service. Would absolutely stay here again!

A great place! Ideal location; beautiful garden, breakfast with sea view. Excellent staff - genuinely care about the customers. Heated pools. The Gaia restaurant was excellent. We stayed 4 nights and went to Gaia 2 nights.

Please note that the hotel is next to a nightclub and you will hear music in your room until 3:00 am. We didn't mind, but you have to expect that it won't be a quiet and peaceful stay. There are too few sun beds by the pool. Not one of the 4 days we stayed did we find a spot by one of the pools. The pool attendant just pointed out that there were no seats. For a hotel of this class you would expect sun beds on the beach to be included in the price. A sun bed on the beach cost 100€ per hotel guest per day. Breakfast could be better.

The room is beautiful, comfortable and big. The breakfast was great a lot of option and beautiful view , I highly recommend enjoying it

The staff are very slow in a very confusing way , they are nice and polite but we had several issues: 1- we checked in and had they keys and got into the room but it was not ready they come to go c it while we are in the room. 2- they didn’t check us in the system even we did receive the keys which u don’t understand and when we tried to log in into the internet it wouldn’t let us, called reception and they told us to wait coz they didn’t checked us in . Waited an hour still the same , they gave us a code to access the internet. 3- no rides to breakfast or spa ( u need to walk ) even though there is available golf carts. 4- upon check out, we waited so long until they send someone to help us with luggage Finally, the location is not great but the hotel it self is nice

What an amazing resort! They have everything you need and then more. Let’s start with our arrival. Absolute perfection even though our room was not ready. We had plenty of places to go sit for a drink. We were driven to our junior suite in a golf cart. The hotel is on the Puente Romano complex made up of 3 story Spanish style buildings. We were right next to the Nobu Pool. Our room was gorgeous. Comfy bed, beautiful living area. Gigantic shower. Two gorgeous terraces. Our view of the mountains was spectacular. This is a lively resort but inside your room you don’t hear a thing. The Nobu Pool was beyond our expectations. The bartender was so attentive and the drinks were outstanding. The pool hand (just a young 17 year old in his first job) was so on top of everything. The food at the pool was delicious. We had calamari and the Cesar salad! So so good. The hotel has many restaurants that are perfection. We had lunch at the Fendi cafe. The waitress was amazing. The lunch and drinks done perfectly. This restaurant made an amazing lobster sandwich. It would rival a Maine USA Lobster roll. We had dinner at the Sea Grill (super outstanding and such a great beachfront location). The staff here was great. We also ate in the Lebanese Restaurant called Le Jardines De Libon. What a gorgeous setting with white flowers draping the ceilings. Great service and wonderful food. They even had a belly dancer, fire dancer and singer. The entertainment was fantastic. We also went to Coya where I had the best cosmopolitan of my life and I’ve had many. What a fun restaurant. They had a dancer on the bar and gave out sparklers for everyone at one point. Great party atmosphere. The bartender was AMAZING! Like a magician with alcohol. And breakfast! WOW! Served at the Sea Grill on the ocean with every thing your heart could imagine. Well worth adding breakfast prepaid. The choices were endless and the service wonderful. This resort gets 10 stars.

It can be a bit pricey, but to be expected.

Everything was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the service was incredible, especially the breakfast staff, housekeeping, and pool staff. Food was delicious. We especially loved Sea Grill. Rooms are comfortable and really nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like. But a few suggestions: it would be great to be able to avail of the breakfast option for Puente Romano guests and vice versa. For a week-long stay a little variety would be nice. Also pool chairs were €100 to rent which is crazy. Seems like that might not be the case in high season but it meant we didn’t go to the beach at all.

The location is great for walks along the beach and good selection of restaurants on the territory, even no need to go outside of the hotel. Sport activities were great, the gym is very well equipped. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of fruits and juices, lots of cheese and vegetables. The view from the resto for breakfast was relaxing, we really enjoyed spending time on a terrace with our morning coffees. The spa is quiet small and all treatments have to reserved in advance. Very clean rooms and all the area.

Noisy in the evenings and until 2 am there was a music as there is a club on the territory of the hotel. So if you want a quiet room, you should ask in advance for its availability.

As a regular guest of the Nobu Hotels the Marbella location is slightly different. It is part of the Puente Romano resort, which i think really cool. Some of worlds best restaurants are located directly next to the hotel so no need to worry to find some good food!! (i think this is the most epic place of Cipriani, such a cool, relaxed vibe) The breakfast isnt the regular nobu menu or at the restaurant of Nobu but at Chironguito, which has the most lovely staff of the resort, and the food is also very good (but i would prefer Nobu breakfast). Also, the Nobu restaurant opens at 19.00 which is a pity as i love to do some lunch.

Bathrooms are spacious and very clean but a bit outdated

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us an upgrade of our room so we were very happy about that. The breakfast was amazing.

Unfortunately our room was located near their club and we couldn't sleep because of the noise from the music and people until 3am.
