Amazing hotel with great quality food. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable.

The photos were presented in a way that the hotel was a beachfront hotel with sun beds. Sadly, it was not a beachfront hotel and did not have sun beds on the beach. Lastly, it was quite odd that the bathroom sinks were open into the bedroom. It posed an issue when our 4 year old was trying to sleep. Each time someone needed to use the toilet, half the bedroom lights would need to be turned on.

Everything from arrival. The warm welcome. The hospitality. the help. The attention to details . The food- a lot to choose from. The integrity of the brand- I stayed in the same hotel in Mallorca twice and got engaged there. I would recommend this hotel. I booked the semi-private pool room, I would recommend

Twin beds instead of double bed

Hotel location was perfect, room was good. Breakfast was ok but it has opportunity for improvement.

Breakfast restaurant, the breakfast restaurant was on floor -1 which was a little odd. in such place you want to be outside with good view of beach or sea.

Staff are superb; super friendly, efficient and can't do enough for you. The hotel itself is stunning, clean and stylish, with loads of seating scattered around and cute little, well thought out areas. Bedrooms are really good size with THE comfiest beds!! Generous wardrobe space and bathroom layout, balcony was a great addition too! Restaurants and bars are brilliant with lovely food and variety. Eating times are generous and easily manoeuvred.

Most of the sun loungers around the pool have towels left on them as a way of "reserving" the beds whilst they're away. It can be off-putting for anyone trying to make use of the pool. There is a language barrier with some of the staff members, but they still try to help where and when possible.

It’s a conveniently located hotel with welcoming ambience, professional and helpful staff. My daughter was sick and Isi, I hope I recalled his name correctly, helped me to invite the doctor. Thank you for your participation. Christina also was helpful and gave some recommendations for exploring local places. Rooms are big, decorated in Andalusian style, and balcony with sea view is an additional bonus. Breakfasts and dinners were diverse and delicious with plenty of vegetarian options.

The hotel itself was extremely comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast. Food at the hotel was very good and the staff very friendly and happy to help.

The hotel tries to oversell constantly with upgrades being openly being marketed in the main foyer/reception. We can understand the reasons why but it actually becomes uncomfortable. We arrived at 2am in the morning after a delayed flight and despite being noticably tiered etc. we got the hard sell on upgrades etc. which we certainly did not need at that hour of the day, if at all.

I have stayed in this hotel over many years, so before and after the modernising refurbishment - which is very stylish - and it's always been a very special place to stay with a fabulous location. The balconies are wonderful and spacious. The staff are always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and the pool area is absolutely lovely. The restaurant has quite a good range of food, with some fish options as well as meat.

I think the bathrooms should have been left as before with a door and with a bath with grab handles, as it is difficult to get out of a large bath without anything to hold onto, if you are a small person. The new eco trend of having the bodywash fixed up on the wall is fine for a shower but cannot be reached when in the bath. I suppose the days of small bottles of nice toiletries have now past.

Quiet location between Marbella town and Puerto Banus. Very close to the beach even though not on the beach. Most of the staff were excellent! Great pool!

You can hear the breakfast being prepared from your bedroom as the rooms are above the dining room and its triple volume so it can be quite noisey in the morning. The breakfast on the pool terrace was disappointing- not well presented and some of the pastries were stale. There were very few umbrellas available at the pool and it was very hot.

Compared to other Iberostar hotels we have stayed at, this is a small hotel and the atmosphere is relaxed. Although the hotel was fully booked, there is no crowd during the meals and it is not noisy. This is a wonderful place to rest. The employees are phenomenal. Especially Tenorio and Anna. We have not seen kinder and more professional employees in a hotel for a long time. The location is excellent and it is easy to get to the center of Marbella. Hotel employees will give you recommendations for all the activities, beaches and tours you might wish to see. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Location and room were excellent. The Administrator Christina Maya gave us the best room with a great sea view. She made all the best what she could to make our vacation great. All the staff is great. Special thanks to Jorge ( barmen). Great job We used the option for all inclusive breakfast. It's -super! Great selection of food. Great service. Exceptionally clean place. The linen were changed every day. Great coffee!
