The apartment was spotless and fully equipped. The beds were quite uncomfortable though. However the facilities were great especially for kids to keep them entertained. The breakfastt was only alright but they did have choices.

The breakfast wasn’t the best quality though it did suffice and was a great advantage to start our day. The lifeguard was quite rude and strict. He constantly gave out to pool users indoors and outdoors and not for good reason. The children/teenagers were very well behaved overall in the pool and were just trying to have a bit of fun in the heat. The umbrellas and sun beds could be swiped if you left them for a minute. The lifeguard took my parasol while I went to get a drink at the bar, even though he clearly saw me going there amd I left my bag and towel. The remainder of the staff were very pleasant to deal with though.

Excellent hotel, used facilities before but first time stayed and will be back. Spacious clean apartment for family of 5. Kitchen had everything you need. Booked breakfast for a morning and food was very nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, bringing drinks and food to the pool for us. Using a tab no problem and paid when we were ready. The place was very clean and did not expect it to be as good as it was. Didn’t have a view of the pool but that wasn’t an issue as apartment was very comfy and home from home. Tv in the bedrooms not that we used them. 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Great locations with lots of great restaurants in the immediate area and shops. We visit family in February half term and we will be booking again.

Outdoor pool could have been warmer as heated but kids still loved it.

Very clean and the staff are mostly lovely , 2 miserable bar staff 1 young woman with a bun , the other a middle age man with a beard. The Poole tables are great for some midday relief from the sun. The breakfast was great value for money and delicious and served till around 11am.

Not enough entertainment for teenagers , pool very small but ok, the baby pool is hardly used it’s a shame they don’t make that area a bugger pool and out a slide down to it. Could do with a few more sun umbrellas but mostly no one went without a sun bed.

Some of the steps were quite slippery,being tiled on concrete with no handrail. I fell on the first night and suffered a very large painful bruise, resulting in a hematoma which could take months to heal. I informed the receptionist who said he would inform maintenance. But nothing happened whilst we were there.

Apartments were spacious and kitchen was well equipped, full kitchen and washing machine. Showers were great. WiFi was fast but would’ve preferred open access. Lovely balcony. Quiet environment. Layout of the pool area was very nice. Pool area food was quite good. Staff were extremely professional, friendly and courteous. There was a nice quiet atmosphere in the whole complex.

There were a lot of ants in our apartment when we arrived. The sofa was slightly broken, as was a lamp switch. Two of us got locked in both bathrooms - the locks were old. We definitely would’ve liked to have had more housekeeping - we only had it on one day in a 9night stay, which didn’t include emptying the bin. We didn’t have enough towels for this, despite laundering them ourselves. The pool bar restaurant closed quite early - 5pm.

We used Shapire Collection apartement- modern, comfortable, everything is there to prepare dinner for the family. Sunny balcony with chairs. Also Resort Club have outsidepool, indoorpool, sauna and many different good facilities for child and adults. For us was surprise that Crown Resort Club is connected with Oxygen Gym Calahonda (master class gym) and that was unlimited free for visitors. And ofcourse the personal in property- always very helpful and kind, day or night! Super experience in Crown Club Resort! A+++++

Lovely apartment, clean with good layout and all you needed. Friendly staff and onsite facilities were all great. A really nice apart-hotel.

Not a dislike, but something to be aware of. A bit of a walk down to the beach (20 mins downhill) however the hotel did provide a free minibus service until 2pm. The marina, beach bars and restaurants and main family beach was a further 20 mins along the beach front.

Only thing happened on the last night of our stay. The music from the speakers wasn’t turned off and this went on until after midnight. It was loud and was affecting the complex. The nightshift and security didn’t know how to turn it off and had to ring the duty manager. Eventually they got it turned off but I think the staff need trained on how everything works

Have always liked the location and the amenities. Have stayed in this resort many times. My grandad had a timeshare for 31 years this is our first return since him giving that up a few years ago.

The omission of the lunch and evening buffet and live entertainment. Sofa had changed to two uncomfortable arm chairs. These are constructive mentions.

Friendly reception staff. Plenty of activities on the resort to do. Clean site and plus sign with parking.

Air conditioning was blowing cold air only...it gets cold in the evening. We tried the warm air option but didn't seem to work. Balcony lock is very heavy and difficult to unlock... Our room was near reception and it gets very noisy as people check in etc
