Title: A Memorable Christmas Stay at Marbella Marriott Beach Resort Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marbella Marriott Beach Resort over the Christmas holidays, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The first thing that caught our attention was the cleanliness of the rooms. Our accommodation was spotless, and it was evident that the resort takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the heated swimming pools. Despite the cooler weather during winter, we were still able to enjoy a refreshing swim. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the water temperature was perfect. We also made use of the outside jacuzzi, which was a wonderful way to unwind and soak up the stunning views of the beach. Speaking of the beach, the direct access from the resort was a major plus. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and onto the sandy shores of Marbella. The beach itself was beautiful, and we enjoyed long walks along the coastline and watching the mesmerizing sunsets. The resort also impressed us with its spacious and comfortable two-bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms. It was the perfect setup for our family, providing privacy and ample space for everyone. The rooms were well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Last but not least, I have to commend the staff for their exceptional service. From the reception desk to the restaurants, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were attentive to our needs and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

Great facilities for the children, close to the sea, stunning sunsets, free parking, large and well- maintained territory

Some rooms need renovation, especially in the bathroom area. On premises charger for the EVs provided by the local company Iberdrola, which does not accept foreigners for registration, and their employees barely speak English. Awful experience, 3 hours wasted in attempts to register with this company with 0 result. 5 🌟 hotel should not expose its customers to a third party service of such a low quality, and should arrange a way to pay for EV charging directly to the hotel.

This was our second time at this resort, with the addition of another child (our 7 month old baby) and parents too so we were a family of 7 in total. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We were given a cot, high chair, kids cutlery and our two daughters (5 and 3) were also given welcome gifts which they loved; a nice gesture and it kept the kids occupied. We had requested a ground floor 3 bed apartment close to the resorts supermarket for our convenience which was also ensured and our accommodation itself was immaculate. Huge rooms all with en suites,, a big terrace to enjoy breakfast and views that treated us to the gorgeous well maintained gardens leading to the sea. Guests have private access to the beach which is just metres away by foot. Breakfast was enjoyed with its variety including gluten free options alongside sparkling wine and breathtaking views from the restaurant. This time both my husband and I managed to squeeze in a massage too (deep tissue) and it was unreal! It was by far the best massage we have experienced (and we like our spa massage treatments!). I could go on and on but honestly there is something for everyone and all ages at this resort. Our kids loved swimming, kids club and walking around the grounds with their ice creams. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll be back again soon no doubt!

If I was to be picky I would say that for us having very young children, we couldn't find a kids menu in either of their 2 restaurants on site.

The self contained 3 bedroom unit was perfect for our needs. We were on a holiday with our extended family. All the facilities and activities made it a great place to stay. The beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces were tranquil and relaxing. The beach front position was a definite plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Just be aware that if you don’t have a car you will need to use taxis to get around.

The apartment was amazing and spotlessly clean, it had everything and more you could ever need. It was fantastic having use of the indoor pools during our stay because it was too cold for us to use the outdoor pools although some were. The children's facilities are brilliant and our 6 year old had a really fun time in the two outdoor play areas. She also enjoyed the kids club. All the staff were helpful and polite and we couldn't fault anything to be honest. We are already planning our next stay!

If I was being picky then I would say the only thing we didn't like was the bin in the kitchen having a lid that you had to touch and remove rather than a pedal bin. But that is the only very small thing we found fault with.

Leisure facilities were wonderful. The grounds were secure, pretty, well designed, well maintained and clean. The resort was well lit at night.

Resort is a bit isolated without a car and if you have mobility issues and unable to walk to local shops or bus stop. There is small shop on resort but is a bit pricey. Cats in the resort running into the apartment when doors open meant we could not leave the door open.

Well managed resort. Chosen as it is considered safe in an area plagued by gang violence. Quite busy as it appeared to be half term for German, Dutch, and Scandinavian children. Very quiet. No bad behaviour, Pool area was immaculate with plenty of room to find a spot to relax. Chill bar very comfortable with good service. Room fire alarm went off one night because of a fault. Next day given a voucher for two free breakfasts in El Med restaurant worth €46. Nice touch. Excellent snack food and impeccable service in Charles bar later in the evening. Friendly daily cleaning service kept the apartment in perfect order. Reception staff always friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel. Really really lovely. The staff service levels were amazing. Everything was done with a smile and professionalism. Roberto was a great member of the interactive team and led all his activities really so well. So many others, too many to name at the hotel were brilliant too. The activities are there but low key. They don't take over the hotel like some in some places. There's something to do every day and it's different and everyone can take part.

We would have loved the staff to allow my children to use the quiet pool. They don't shout or jump in or use inflatables. They just swim up and down because they love swimming - actually swimming - not playing or anything else. But this time they weren't allowed in which was a shame :( The kids pool is great too - but you can't really swim in there, only play!

Big, comfortable apartment with large balcony and all the amenities. Fully equipped and had washer/dryer. One of the nicest apart-hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Right on a nice little sandy beach which we didn’t get a chance to enjoy as we were there in April and the temperature was a bit low and the wind was too chilly for it. The indoor (heated) pool was therefore really much appreciated as well as the jacuzzis. There were lots of outdoor pools too, all pools had options for families or just adults. Beautiful grounds, with play areas, lots of outdoor games (billard, giant chess and checkers) and many bars to choose from. Nice staff.

Maybe lacking in restaurants as we arrived late and were there for only 1 night and we had hoped to dine at their restaurant but at 9:00pm they were overwhelmed even though the restaurant was only 1/2 full so they turned us away. Luckily we were able to get food at their sports bar but it wasn’t the experience we wished for on our last night of vacation. We were able to get lunch the next day at the restaurant and it was very good. There’s other places on the beach within walking distance but even those were full on a Friday night, so please be advised to reserve. We were there during off-season so I can’t imagine what it could be like in summer.

I like the flowers and the garden very much. Is it a spacious hotel where you can fully enjoy. Big, spacious rooms, and as every Marriott hotel, it has everything you need and you wished for. I would recommend it to all of you.

We were in January so the main pool and restaurant were closed which is totally normal. Everything was fine.
