Fantastic ambiance, original decor, outstanding hospitability. Picturesque, quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Staff very helpful and kind. The owner, Silvana is fantastic! In addition to being ana accomplished artist, she speaks multiple languages and makes you feel at home. Her staff is also multinational and multilingual. The place is pet friendly. Room sizes and decor exceed expectations. Each room is different, representing original esthetic and style.

Sound privacy was poor in my room, which was a part of the main building. I could hear people's conversations downstairs after 10:00 PM, which made going to sleep difficult. Breakfast was only served since 8:00 AM unless prior arrangements were made. I am an early riser and would prefer an earlier breakfast. I also missed any fresh vegetables at breakfast. Location of the hotel requires having a car. Parking is abundant on the street.

Our room was exceptional - it was much bigger than we expected and the decorations and the feel you get when staying here is truly something special. We enjoyed it so much. Also we liked the pool, and the access to the parking spot right in front of our unit. The entire villa was really something special and we would definitely return.

This is maybe more of a suggestion: The breakfast was really tasty, but there could have been some variation, especially for people with some dietary restrictions (e.g you can order eggs only and it gets boring after a while). Everything else was just perfect for us.

It was a wonderful stay! Silvana is a perfect host, the whole staff is very friendly. Such a lovely, warm and cosy, comfortable place. Wonderful and a very interesting house design (inside and outside). The breakfast was amazing, The food was simply delicious, fresh, hot bread. Tables right by the pool, amazing viev of the entire area. Room very clean and huge, with whirpool bathtub. I am convinced that this place will satisfy even the most demanding tastes, is a pearl! I highly recommend this place in Marbella.

We received a large room outside the main building, as we were with our Welsh Terrier. The furniture was really nice and unique. The landlord was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool, terrace and quiet location are a great plus.

The BF was the only weak point. Coffee was in the Nescafe cheapest machine for all guests. The offering was limited. The shower was I assume not finished as it leaked under the beautiful wooden wardrobe... For the price we paid that day it was worth the price, but not for the tripled price of the next day...

A small boutique hotel with a number of rooms in the main house with the rest being individual apartments which were stables - 100 plus years ago - and each are very large. Each is individually themed and decorated to a very high standard. TV with bluetooth , fridge, very comfortable bed and jacuzzi in most rooms. Air conditioning / climate control Breakfast was on the canopy of the hotel and was beautiful - one of the best I have ever had, Service is very attentive. a Reasonable sized swimming pool but a little too cool in November. Ate dinner there one night and was very nice.

Minor point to be aware of - the owner is a firecracker - think an Italian Shakira! and runs Zumba classes - might make you feel pretty unfit in the evenings but the music is good.

Amazing place with welcoming and warm hosts and a very interesting house design. We had the London room with amazing view and a nice spa bath, lovely! Worth a visit if you want to stay a little outside Marbella. Supermarket 3 mins away.

As other comments have mentioned, you really need PATIENCE for the food, if you insist on dining there. We asked if food could be ready for a specific time, but when we showed up, the person had completely forgotten and we waited 2 HOURS from the time we had agreed until the first meal was served.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel...BOOK IT! Do not hesitate. We stayed here for 3 wonderful nights. If you are after a homely vibe... this is it. Our room / bathroom was huge! We would go out and return to the hotel at night and you are greeted by the beautiful fire-wood burning & relaxed vibes. Everyone is so welcoming. Our room is fully equipped with a coffee machine and refreshing drinks in the fridge! The bathroom has all the fluffy towels and delightful Rituals toiletries. In terms of location, I do recommend having a car. We had car hire & parked outside with ease. HIGHLY recommend.

I spend about 50 nights per year in hotels and holiday homes, both domestic and abroad and this is the first hotel that really earns the maximum score. Great staff, great service, good location in a quiet upscale residential area, great breakfast and tasty diners, clean nicely styled rooms, done with a great eye for detail, same for hotel itself and outside area. Comfy bed, shower and bath. Excellent, job well done. Will definitely come back

Communication via booking.com ahead of our arrival was non-existent and it seems other guests had also had problems with the hostess not receiving/reading their messages via other platforms. Breakfast could have been much more efficient and less wasteful if guests were allowed to help themselves buffet style. Instead, there was no choice - each person got bread and preserves, a bowl of fruit, a yogurt and some ham and cheese brought to them whether they wanted it or not. Service at breakfast was slow and there much have been so much food wasted because of this approach.

V quirky, each room being themed and artistic. The owner is also the host and is an artist. She messaged us with directions before we arrived which was a nice touch. This is an ex very old farmstead saved from extinction by converting in to a sympathetic boutique hotel with great character. Our bed was comfy and large with big ensuite (the Indian room). The property is a few miles from Marbella so a car is essential. It’s in an up market residential area.

There was an issue with staff not being available to check us out so make sure you check out the evening before. Better organisation would be helpful! Also evening meals can be slow as the chef who also runs the place together with the owner has no idea how many will come for an evening meal! Breakfasts were simple but tasty and on time.
