The staff was friendly and always helpful in resolving any issues. The location of the hotel is great and only 500 meters from the beach. We didn’t use the outdoor pool due to the weather, as it was a bit cold, but the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna were nice. I used the gym every morning, and it was clean and equipped with everything you need for a workout while on vacation. The breakfast was okay, offering everything you needed. The dinner was good, especially the grill options.

Unfortunately, some parts of the property are a bit outdated and in need of renovation.

We stayed in a premium two bed and it was lovely. 3 bathrooms and a great kitchen with microwave and oven - with stove top and oven for baking/grilling. It was a short walking distance to the beach and two supermarkets. The carrefour had fresh baguettes and sushi which were both delicious. We overlooked the pool and could eat outside on our large balcony. The indoor heated pool and sauna were fantastic for our family to enjoy over Easter. Loads of restaurants and activities in the area.

Showers in two bathrooms had poor pressure. The best shower was over the bath.

These apartments are lovely. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apt which was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with a full sized, fully stocked Kitchen and a dining area. The apartments have an outdoor pool which was closed during our stay as it was out of season being over New Year, but it seemed very well maintained. There was an indoor, heated pool which was lovely and didn't need to be booked in advance. There was a bar and restaurant which we didn't use. These apartments are in a fantastic location, walking distance to a whole host of restaurants, 2 large supermarkets, an Irish bar, several takeaways and Adventura Amazonia Marbella, a large adventure park for kids and adults alike where you can zip wire and walk through at height through the trees. You need to be fit for it! Across the road there was a hairdresser who took walk ins, an off licence, 2 restaurants and a pharmacy. The beach was a 10 minute walk. This is a large, beautiful sandy beach with 2 lovely restaurants right on the sand. Both restaurants were excellent quality and super hospitality. We spent a week here from Dec 30th and were spoilt for choice with the range of fantastic restaurants, cafes and tapas on our doorstep. We also had lovely weather for the time of year. I would highly recommend Ona Alanada and the Elviria area.

Everything was lovely, we had no complaints at all.

Ona Alanda Hotel Club is well located, only 15 min away from Marbella by car and not that far from the airport. The beach is very close by foot. The hotel is a good starting point for exploring the surroundings, lovely nature, villages, cities, beaches... The hotel has a good standard with numerous équipements available (kid parc, gym, indoor swimming pool etc.). Its architecture is charming with a very beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The apartment was very well equipped, perfect for hosting a family of two adults and two young kids. The breakfast is ok (except the industrial jam), we loved the fresh orange juice ! The reception agents were very kind and welcoming.

Our only disappointment is on the quality of the food for buffet dinner, we think it should be improved. We often felt we were eating industrial frozen food. And for christmas dinner some efforts could have been made... We were also surprised having to pay drinking water for the dinner, it should be made available like in the breakfast.

Apartment had all we needed and were cleaned every 3 days. The floor is a bit cold in April so take some house shoes or warm anti-slip socks for kids. The hotel has all you need to entertain yourself and kids. The indoor pool is heated so we enjoyed a lot of swims in it with our one year old. The outdoor pool is a rather cold this time of year. The sauna is old fashioned but very clean. The location is great, the beach is 5min away, the shops and restaurants too. There is a playground and an adventure park close. We had the half-cord 2 weeks long. Breakfasts were great a lot to choose from, fresh omelette, bread, fruits… The dinners were good but not a gastronomic enlightenment. Yet a lot to choose from and we always could find something to feed the one year old with. Many high chairs are available. The staff of the resort is suuuper friendly and suuuper nice with kids! Also very helpful with our stroller.

The beds were too soft to our taste. The chefs were a little too heavy on the salt.

Our apartment was wonderful. Open, airy master suite with a really comfortable bed. Super lounge area with TV and lots of English channels. Fully fitted kitchen with a separate area containing a washing machine & dryer. Dining area with table & chairs for 6. Lovely balcony at both sides with views over the fantastic gardens. The breakfast selection was vast with a chef cooking eggs and omelettes to order. On one morning there was a donut 'wall'. 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach with restaurants and beach beds. Nice Italian restaurant across the road.

Location was great for the beach but not many other facilities near by within walking distance. Would recommend a car. Quite a distance from reception to the block we were staying in with a lot of steps up & down - the layout was very pretty but not great for carrying heavy bags.

The restaurant buffet was excellent, it really exceeded our expectations. There was a great range of food set out for breakfast teamed with the foods that were cooked freshly for you which was a great addition to the offering (including eggs etc). We only opted for bed and breakfast, but we ate at the hotel for one evening, which was a cheap price and again was an excellent selection and great quality. The lunch menu was fantastic as well, we had lunch by the pool a few times and again fantastic quality. The pool was lovely as well, far more space around the pool than I thought there was from the pictures. Plus there was none of that rushing to put your towels out in the mornings which we hate! The rooms were fantastic, really spacious apartment. Comfy beds and lovely sized modern bathroom.

There is a real wasps problem at the hotel, we would try to eat on the outside tables for breakfast as we thought it would be nice (also tables inside generally went first). But wasps would immediately swarm us when we were trying to eat. I'm genuinely surprised that we didn't get stung, it made it rather unpleasant if you couldn't nab an inside table. The apartment had AC, which was really efficient in the lounge. But ours didn't seem to feed the bedroom (I'm not sure if this was by design or a fault). Wasn't a huge issue as it wasn't hot and the lounge was off the bedroom so kept it cool enough.

We were allocated an apartment right near the beach No2. We thought at first that we were isolated a little from the main hotel, but it turned out to be excellent, very peaceful, and a lovely location. A minute from the beach. We loved everything. The apartment was cool and very comfortable even at the height of the heat outside.The beds were unreal, so comfortable, and all other facilities were excellent. Staff were excellent and always very helpful. This is our second year at Ona Alanda Club, and I am looking forward to hopefully staying there next year. Breakfast was excellent, and we looked forward to it every morning. There is plenty of choice and it is really good to set you up for the day. Great for families. The pool was lovely.Everything was Great. This hotel is an excellent location for a holiday in Elviria, with the beach and all other amenities close by, like many restaurants/ shops/ pharmacies, bar etc. Everything you could need close by. Great Stay👍.

We had to go home. I would have stayed for a month. The apartment and area we could not fault.Everything and everyone were excellent 👌

The aparthotel is still well priced and in a convenient location.

I have stayed here over many years because it offered a very comfortable stay but since my last stay here a few years ago the aparthotel has changed - and in my view for the worse. There is no proper restaurant anymore, just a bar and a rather limited buffet and the rooms have minimal facilities compared with previously. The traditional bathrooms have been replaced by showers and a washhand basin with virtually no space to put anything. The atmosphere has changed which is a shame but I suppose it's because it's post-pandemic and maybe it suits some guests.

We loved our stay here. Nice and very spacious appartment, beautiful swimmingpool, great breakfast and shops/restaurants/beach on walking distance. One of the doors to the balcony had to be fixed, but this was very quickly repaired even in the weekend. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

This has more to do with some guests than the hotel itself: but despite the clear advertised hotel policy to not claim sunbeds at the pool, certain guests claimed large amounts of beds (and than were absent most of the time). A group from Scotland felt the need to claim their teritory daily ;-). Nevertheless there were now plenty sunbeds at the pool for everyone especially this early in the season but this might be different in high season.
