Very good comms prior to arrival, Yvette booked us in to a local restaurant for the evening we arrived so that was perfect. The room was large, very clean, very quiet and the beds were super comfy. Had doors out to the garden with a nice seating area over looking the pool. Loved the cats Bill and Ben, who came to see us. Very nice toiletries for our use, and thoughtful things like little chocolates and bottled water for our use. Plenty of easy parking outside in the road, and easy to find off the main motorway. Really enjoyed taking the breakfast out on the terrace with the other guests, always a great selection, freshly cooked and freshly brewed coffee. It made the start of our holiday very relaxing and couldn't recommend Villa Breeze enough!

Nice villa with nice rooms and pool and garden. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Also nice that there was a fridge with drinks and snacks.

At the beginning the host Yvette seemed friendly, but there was a little strange thing about her. The shutter in our room got stuck and we mentioned that to ther. Her answer: it doesn't get broke just like that, you did something wrong 🫤 The day after during breakfast a bit of the same. I was using the toaster and asked for the little gripper to take out the toast, it was a bit difficult to take it out. She answered: you stuck too much / too thick bread in it... again accusing me of doing something wrong. Very strange behaviour towards clients. Didn't make her feel nice / authentic anymore.

Lovely property, very spacious the host was very welcoming and friendly. You feel like a lottery winner sat in the outdoor garden / pool area. Great contact to gain access. Two beautiful cats welcome you. Plenty of space for you to charge your E-Bikes. Good location few minutes walk to the beach which have bars and restaurants and a short taxi drive to the Cabapino port area.

An absolutely beautiful and romantic place to stay, a real gem! Yvette is so charming, and together with Steve they are perfect hosts. Everything is so well kept, clean and beautiful - the room, the garden, the pool area. All is carried out with a lot of love and genuine engagement. Walking distance to the beach. Close to areas along the coast. Breakfast was very delicious and was served poolside. We loved every minute there! Thank You, Yvette and Steve!

Perfect villa for relaxed vacation. You don't need even to go outside, garden and pool just perfect. Owner very friendly and polite. Nice breakfast. In case you need something to eat or drink, wine beer in the fridge (have a cash). Close to supermarket and around some good local restaurants

Great hosts, beautiful place, nice swimming pool, excellent breakfast. We drive and park right in front of the place on the sidewalk. This place is so well cared for, the pool area is just perfect with lounge chairs, and umbrellas. The hosts live upstairs. The neighborhood is also really nice, reminded me of Miami or Southern California, quiet, affluent with beautiful bougainvillea. Highly recommended.

Great location , the beach near by was peaceful without many tourists. The couple managing the property were great and really helpful. Everything was clean and perfect. The breakfast was lovely. They made us cocktail in the evening by the pool which was also delicious.

It is of course better to have a car or use cab here since the eating options are limited nearby.

Wonderful hosts who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Yvette and Steve provided great local restaurant and beach recommendations and the atmosphere of the villa was truly relaxing with chilled music by the pool and some friendly cats. We had a great time and would highly recommended if you are looking to stay in Marbella but not in the thick of the action, 5-15 minute taxi and you are in the old town or Puerto Banus.

Only slight issue was privacy in the bathrooms, the doors are stable doors so have gaps along the sides when closed, which wasnt a big issue for us but could be for some.

Everything! Incredibly beautiful property run by a lovely couple. The location is lovely. If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway of the highest quality then this is the place to be. The breakfast is also very high quality. The room and little terrace area are also very nice indeed. Will be back in future!

This is gem!! Absolutely top notch!!. Yvette and Steve are absolutely FAB!! You have to a love them for their hospitality. Everything is so well kept, the garden, the pool area, the rooms!! All is carried out out with a lot of love and true engagement. And the cocktail hour- yes!!
