The breakfast was excellent, and the general service and interest from all staff was very good. Natalie and Emma were very helpful, but all the serving staff were friendly and helpful, and knew what they were doing. The food overall was excellent, with the poached eggs on smashed avocado being almost my daily choice! The NYE event was very well done. We enjoyed the location on the beach, and for the beach walks after breakfast. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and clean, with a great shower!

I'd prefer a one piece double bed mattress as the two zipped together do 'fall' into the middle. I was surprised that the tea making facilities were communal, and therefore I didn't use them, as it was a pain to go downstairs (especially if we weren't showered and dressed). There was no milk at the tea station in any case. I couldn't see why it wasn't available in the room. I do think the cost per night is very much at top end central London, given that you need taxis or a hire car to go anywhere, shops restaurants etc.

The Residence at The Beach House is exceptional in every way. The rooms, the decor, the smell, the location and the staff were all fantastic. Breakfast next to the sea was wonderful and we ate in the restaurant one evening and had an excellent meal. The beds and bed linen were the comfiest I have ever slept in. My partner described it as sleeping in a fluffy cloud! We were just sad we left Sunday morning and did not get to experience the famous Sunday Lunch on the beach, but we will be back for that in the Summer for sure!

On beach belonging to property too many people coming over selling sunglasses etc and at times too crowded and people on their phones talking loudly. Wi Fi in bar/restaurant was iffy but ok on my room - do guests get taken off it once they check out ? Wish the chairs in restaurant were less cumbersome less heavy to move and fitted in under the tables ?! Flow through was often blocked by chairs. Would make a massive difference !

Beach, food - the food was beautiful! Breakfast menu, wow. Room SO comfortable, the bed was amazing. Gorgeous big terrace. Pool is private and lovely retreat from the loud music and crowds at the club. Hotel staff wonderful.

We only got a frontline bed as guests, once in a week long stay and even that was tough, as they sell them. Your breakfast becomes a bit of a construction site when they expand the restaurant.

Staff were amazing and the food was ten out of ten. The pool is great because you have the choice of quiet relaxation even when the beach restaurant is in full swing. Lovely place we will be back and would definitely recommend, I would love to take the rest of our family.

Given the price of the accomdation the fact you then have to pay £45 euros a day for a beach bed is quite steep it would be a nice touch if they were offered as part of your stay.

We have eaten at tge Beach House on previous holidays but decided to try staying at tge Residence as the Don Carlos hotel where we usuallt stay is closed for renovation. . The Residence staff were wonderful and we loved staying there. Will definitely be returning on our next trip ❤️

The breakfast was amazing so much choice Every member of staff were so lovely and helpful our stay was fabulous and will definitely be returning. The Sunday lunch was such good fun we invited members of our family and had such good fun.

I can’t think of any negatives the only thing would have liked the pool a bit warmer I brought my daughter as a special treat and can’t wait to bring the rest of the family

Everything about The Residence and The Beach House is exceptional. All the food was absolutely fantastic, from breakfast through to dinner. All the staff were delightful and helpful and couldn't have made us more welcome. We had a brilliant few days relaxing here.

location and small hotel just 5 rooms

when I checked in no 1. The reciptionenst had scan both passports from her mobile rather than taken the information which never happened during my stay in Spain . no 2. she charged e 200 as deposit. which never happened before in other hotels, rather than taken my credit card no which I used already for reservations, and when I checked out she said I shall get my money back to my credit card within 2 to 3 days
