Everything! It's such a beautiful and luxurious hotel. I loved the the staff especially the front desk and concierge! The breakfast terrace and view gave me an outstanding experience while enjoying my breakfast with the sweetest host birds! Luiz from frontdesk took me very nice pictures on my check out day that over exceeded my expectations 😊🤍 Cleaning service was amazing especially that they have an afternoon service for any Cleaning needs and to freshenup any used towels and Toiletries if needed! Bravo!

The restaurants timings and menus could be better in terms of Variety, prices and operational hours. The staff are so nice amd truly friendly but maybe short staffed that the service was slow most of the time at both pools!

The kids club and above all it Team. They were fantastic, as well as the space. Likes the Lucia beach club and its swimming pool, more diverse and easy access than the hotel pool. The staff, all throughout the hotel, was extremely friendly and attentive. Good Breakfast buffet with plenty of options.

The menu for the swimming pool could be lighter with fresher options as different saladas, mini savouries etc. Didn’t find the food at the Naranjos restaurant very good.

I loved the hotel but we usually stay at The Marriott and I would give this hotel 4* not 5*. It’s very very good and breakfast was excellent but minor details….curtains were shabby and black out blinds were ripped . This didn’t affect our stay but my point is no 5 * would have this. Just a few close up minor things would make this 100% a 5 * . Definitely 4* and would defo come back!

The staff were super, very pleasant. The food service at breakfast and the pool side cafe was excellent. We travelled with a baby and his meals very prepared and served promptly. The rooms were cleaned early in the day and there were plenty of fresh towels in the rooms and at the pool. The pools were very clean with plenty of loungers and space.

There was only one restaurant open in the main hotel instead of three. The Bahia menu was limited for staying on half board and dining there for a week. One of the rooms had an unpleasant odour similar to moth balls, I mentioned this to the front desk. An attempt was made to resolve it but it was not successful.

Everything went well , the breakfast was absolutely spectacular. In terms of the staff , they made the entire trip even better , my little siblings thoroughly enjoyed the kindness of the staff , they even remembered to call after we’ve check out to ask us how we liked our stay with them. Never experienced this kind of hospitality elsewhere. All I say is muchas gracias.

Stunning Property, the design of every part of the hotel and the property are beautiful it was a pleasure to sit in any area of the hotel whether its the lobby with beautiful wallpaper covered with flowers and birds or the restaurant where every detail is thought through !

Its a challenge to find anything wrong with this hotel!

very comfortable rooms , the hotel is very clean and the facilities are great. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Very nice and relaxing place with good vibes and wonderful staff, kamal made the check in process very smooth and took the time to show me around and everything i needed, the hotel has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday, restaurants and bars and beach and 2 swimming pools, Natalia is always around with a smile to help out with bookings, and the beach bar staff are amazing always welcoming and smiling, Tom is always there to help with sun-beds and facilitating it, i will surely come back again and thanks for making this stay wonderful.

Breakfast should have more of halal options and porc free items considering the fact the hotel has a lot of guests who don’t eat porc. Sun-beds should be cleared regularly so guests can find a place to sit, many people leave a towel on the sun bed but aren’t there.
