Absolutely fantastic! Perfect location, room clean, spacious with big balcony. Beds are extremely comfortable, I had the best sleep in a long time! It's a big hotel and will need a little update, like carpet on the hall, and some furniture seen better days, but that would not bother us at all. The hotel is located right on the beach, so I was delighted that I could enjoy the lounge on the hotel pool and go for a swim in the sea. We didn't have any food there, so I can say anything about that, but there are so many restaurants around, so you are never short with choices. We will definitely come back there again.

Everything, mainly location and very comfortable beds.

The manager / head receptionist was outstanding he helped me and my daughter when we had a problem he really looked after us and gave us great recommendations. The room was fabulous - location fabulous most staff fabulous

One staff member was rude and upsetting. We were not all inclusive so bought several snacks and drinks a day at both bars. I asked for ice to put in my water and my daughters and he muttered and moaned and was very rude - at the beach bar not good - we bought loads just not on that particular order. Also the pool bar music is too loud and far too early in the day. It should start 11.00am earliest it ruins the peace. Anyone in that side of the hotel will be woken or disturbed in room. My daughter was studying and it was intrusive and distracting. This needs to be reviewed. You can’t hear the lovely sounds of the waves. Mornings should be tranquil and make the most of the beautiful natural environment- birds and sea over awful euro pop loud music. Later and lower volume.

It was my second visit to this Hotel. This time I was given a high floor room with the sea view to the East. Reception staff smiled to me inspiringly. Cleanness was to my standard. They turned on the lights in my room expecting my arrival. My housekeeping lady was very polite and helpful. Being cold with one blanket the first nigh, I asked for the extra one, so they made it quickly to grant me with the excellent sleep the second night. There were no evening entertainment in the restaurant, so no disturbing loud music this time. This Hotel's location is extremely wonderful, steps from the seaside, own territory with a big parking, a spacious open air relax zone with enough sun loungers, billiard on the 1st floor. The open air bar was functioning as well. All is clean and welcoming. I made plans to stay there again during my next visit.

Everything was on hand. The hotel had lovely bars and restaurants, coffee shops near by. The center of cala de mijas very clean and only a 5 minute walk from hotel to center

The restaurant was very noisy and felt you were in a dungeon. Food passable Didn't like how you had to set your own table at breakfast Food was always cold but there is a microwave in restaurant

Great hotel close to town right on the beach , The only downside was the sun lounges could do with repairs as you could feel the hard plastic support digging into your back, and the pool was very shallow More than half of the pool was one foot deep and the rest was about two and a half foot deep, other than that it’s a very well run hotel and very clean

A short break, hotel was fine and we were allocated a sea view room. The hotel and resort was quiet (January) although that suited us fine. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away. Breakfast at the hotel was good. I’d recommend and stay again.

Nothing negative to add

Fantastic location, literally next to the beach and a short walk away from town and supermarkets. Paula was excellent at hosting los animations by the pool during the day and in the bar at evenings. Really good buffet meals in the restaurant. Great view of the beach from the balcony.

Would have preferred a double bed instead of twin beds (each bed was bigger than a normal single bed but not quite big enough for two).

Location is good, situated adjacent to the beach, with a gate from the pool area giving direct access to the promenade. Room was a good size with a well equipped bathroom.

Catering area is functional but inhospitable. It felt like being in an underground bunker. Only used once for breakfast on the 1st day. There are lots of other better options for food very close by, so quite glad I chose "room only" when booking my stay. There is a safe in the room which is key operated rather than digital PIN. This means having to carry the key which is not very practical. Also, there was a daily hire charge for the safe, which I feel is a bit mean.
