Loads of space in the apartment, both to sit and to store our things. The location is amazing and very accessible. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Loved that is is serviced as it meant we did not need to do any cleaning. Very generous with fresh towels.

Had to pay extra for parking. Which considering the location, some people would not need a car. The bed was not comfortable.

The property is in a great location within walking distance to a lot of bars, shops, restaurants etc. The staff were lovely and very attentive.

There was 1 toilet that was blocked in one of the apartments and 1 shower that didn’t work in another apartment. However this was rectified by the staff members.

Location is excellent and the surrounding facilities are perfect. Walking distance to the Port and beach. The apartment i very large and easily accommodated 6 adults. There was a large living area with TV and dining table. Have already booked to go back next year.

Beds are quite firm but that's about it.

Perfectly located for our visit to Puerta Banus, only one street back from the port. The suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a guest toilet was very spacious. The kitchen had all appliances you would need for an extended stay except a kettle so we were unable to make tea. Otherwise the suite was well appointed. Parking was in an underground area immediately behind reception, perfect.

A perfect accommodation, if you’re coming to Gibraltar you would be wise to consider booking here. Piece of advice, if by car, try to reserve the car parking as Gibraltar is awash with cars and limited or expensive parking.

Our vehicle was too high for the garage and so parking was a challenge, however, our host was most helpful in finding a solution, so a minimal disruption.

Fantastic location! Would recommend booking directly with the hotel for the best deal. We upgraded when we arrived for a small fee and received a beautiful room with a balcony looking onto the port!

There is no pool facilities - although we knew this before booking, be mindful if this is something you can’t go without!

The apartment was very big and a great location, only a 2 minute walk to the port. Had all the facilities you would need, was very clean and staff were lovely.

Only negative thing was the noise as there was construction work on the building opposite.

It’s really close to the harbour but not too close to be noisy all the time. There was noise on occasion but bearable. The rooms are really spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a separate toilet. The kitchen had a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and oven, not that we used them! Lots of wardrobe space snd a great balcony with sea view. Lovely big living room with comfy sofas. Great bar at the rooftop. Cleaners came every day and the reception staff were awesome. They were really helpful and friendly. The bar staff at Sky Lounge were great too. A really great place to stay at a reasonable price

No pool, but we knew this. Not many apartments with pool in the area. No mugs in the kitchen, only small tea cups. No bottle opener but the man on reception kindly brought one up when I asked. Small gripe really, wouldn’t stop us rebooking

location price and security you felt safe in the property and around it leant of places to go eat drink relax and sky bar was a nice place to start the eveinings
