Such a wonderful hotel and the most lovely staff. I do a lot of travel and Thai place is a genuine gem. Loved it. I stayed 9 nights in February as I waiting to move into my apartment. I simply loved my stay. The rooms are great and really well designed. The breakfast is great especially considering the amazing room rate. Fab bar with the most wonderful staff. It’s classy and has a really beautiful pool with trendy day beds. Disappointed to leave.

Can’t really fault this hotel. Understandably their bar prices are on the higher side but who cares when you get to stay somewhere so pleasant. One tiny thing. I got my check out day confused and had to rush back to the hotel and check out. I was charged by the hour for going over midday which seemed a bit mean when I had stayed 9 nights in low season. A real shame.

Cute little property, great value for money, nice breakfast and lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location in quiet, pretty area. Few bars and restaurants on the beach about 5 min walk.

The welcome on arrival was first class. Christina was very helpful with any queries that we had. All reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast, again extremely helpful and polite. The daily cleaners were very pleasant and rooms cleaned everyday. The close proximity to the beach and promenade was great. All in all our stay at Paloma Blanca was very relaxing and enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Pleasant Stay with Great Staff and Clean Rooms We had a nice stay at this hotel. One of the best things was the convenience of having its own car park right outside, making it easy for us to park without any hassle. Our room was very clean, which we really appreciated. We also had a lovely balcony with a view of the pool and outdoor area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very nice and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn’t great, but overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

While the daytime was sunny and beautiful, the afternoons got quite cold, and unfortunately, there were no warm blankets provided. The AC was also not up to standard, making it difficult to stay warm. If you don’t have a car, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Public transportation is quite far, making it inconvenient for those who prefer to walk. However, for those driving, the location is great. Another downside is that the hotel is right next to a school. During the day, you can hear kids playing, and the noise easily comes into the room, which can be quite disturbing if you’re looking for a peaceful stay.

From the location to the friendliness of the staff, the inner courtyard with the pool, the restaurant, breakfast, lunch and tapas 🤩 our stay was amazing.! 5-8 minutes walking distance from the sea / seaside restaurants, hotel pool super comfy, excellent staff and service, all sorts of beaches available 10-15 minutes by car from the hotel, 20 minites by car to the coty of Marbella, since we wanted to visit them too, but the area where the hotel is located is fabulous. The room had everything needed and the hotel bar staff and atmosphere here was amazing and everyone super helpful. Best honeymoon!

Such a lovely small boutique hotel . Everything was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would advise hiring a car . Pleasant walk to beach and just a few restaurants in the area . This was my second visit and would definitely come again.

Rooms are smallish but comfortable and the balcony was a great size. Very clean, pool area is relaxing and the bar is lovely - great piña colada. Breakfast is pleasant with fresh filtered coffee every morning. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stay not too far from Marbella but with a chilled vibe. I thought it was good value for money for what you can pay in this region. Puerto Banus is walkable from the hotel and there’s a few bars and restaurants closer along the sea front.

We had a bit of an issue with smell and water from a drain in the bathroom, but the staff were excellent and it was resolved very quickly. Really happy with the service.
