The was no hand soap in the hotel room bathroom. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable but incredibly noisy. There was a weird banging sound that woke me up every morning and distracted me during the day. The walls are very thin too so I could hear every little thing the room next to me did.

After a stressful journey, and the difficulty in finding the Hostal (there were several similar street names), the friendly greeting from Sonia was most welcome. The 3rd floor attic room was accessed by a 6- person elevator 🥰. The room was modern and spotless which led to a large private terrace - great for my smoker husband 🤗

Parking facilities were very limited in this busy part of town. We ended up in the church square public underground parking apprx 500m away from the hotel . We paid an overnight charge of 30€ !! Please be aware that the un-manned reception notice indicated overnight parking for hotel guests to be 20€ . We should have enquired about the parking charge on arrival at the hostal because the staff on duty at breakfast could not comment. Neither could they tell me the Wifi password to use my iPad.

Friendly staff, modern and comfortable room. Excellent value for money. Good location, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Was some noise from the street at night though not too much.

It's a friendly family run business, very authentic. Loved my stay here. The Cafe/Bar was an added bonus. The area has a great vibe and the local town has lots to offer.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. I arrived very late with car full of luggage and they helped with a parkingplace just outside hotel entrence. Nice small bar where they served breakfast. Room simple but all what you needed and bed was good. Family athmospare.

7 minutes from Banus which was comfortable coz we were doing a course in the port. We booked a room that was unfortunately overbooked and they couldn’t host us so offered a simpler room that looked better on the pictures but in reality was a bit outdated, probably ok for the price we have paid compared to other hotels as it is Marbella and everything is overpriced here. It was ok to sleep one night as we were super tired after the course and the only thing we wanted was just to take a shower and a nap. Despite of the fact we didn’t get the room we booked, the lady that contacted us was nice and always tried to fix the situation offering a breakfast, we asked about a parking space and she kindly provided us a parking spot to make it fair towards the original price we have paid. So the general impression was good.
