Excellent location. Very spacious bedrooms. Very friendly staff at the bar & restaurant. Lovely pool. Nice setting.

We were disappointed with the behaviour of a large group of men at the pool. They were playing ball in the pool, splashing everyone and shouting. My children had to leave the pool as it was unsafe and their language was fowl. They had consumed a lot of alcohol. Similarly a hen party arrived also another day and we had to leave.Not appropriate to have large groups taking over and making families feel uncomfortable.

This is an apartment hotel not an Airbnb. There is a 24 hour reception and we were warmly welcomed and taken through the necessary check-in procedures. The hotel is situated in a very beautiful position, easy walking distance to the beach, the rooms that look out onto the pool, also look out over a beautiful tropical garden. It is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Small indoor pool and spa. The bar was open and the service was very good. We stayed for 3 weeks. Thank you

Not so much didn't like - just observation. We stayed out of season when hotels often do major work. The main lifts were being renovated. There were others available that were smaller, but efficient. The restaurant is not open during this time. There are plenty of others close by.

The location is absolutely fantastic, couldn’t have been in a better spot. Beautiful street (prettiest on the block in our view) and only a 30 second walk to the beach. For us, we didn’t want a crowded, loud area and this was just fantastic; quiet but a stone’s throw away from the promenade with restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were so lovely and the room was absolutely huge - we couldn’t get over the size of our balcony! I don’t think the photos really do this place enough justice, over the moon with our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Fantastic value for money in what is typically considered an expensive area.

Wish there had been a TV in the bedroom and slightly comfier pillows on the bed, found them a little hard.

We were upgraded to a huge 2 bedroomed apartment with a huge balcony. Beds very comfortable and we had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a very upmarket area of Marbella. Restaurant food was excellent and to a very high standard we were very impressed plus it was delicious. All the staff in the hotel were excellent.

Being charged for the jacuzzi, thought it should be free to guests staying in the hotel. Indoor pool being quite deep and I didn't feel safe to swim . The restaurant being shut several evenings which was disappointing as we would of chosen to eat there more evenings .

We've stayed here a number of times and wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Marbella. The location is perfect, a short walk to the promenade, if you're feeling energetic Puerto Banus is approx 3 5 miles away with plenty of bars to stop off at during the walk. The Old Town/ Orange Square is a shorter walk, approx 2 miles with a range of shops bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is amazing, we've eaten there may times and whatever we've ordered it hasn't disappointed. All the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We are an older couple looking for some winter sun in a good location with lots of restaurants. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It is just a few minutes walk dow to the promenade with loads of sea front restaurants. Just a few steps in the opposite direction takes you to the main road where you can get a bus to places like Puerto Banus, Cala Honda or the centre of Marbella where you can visit the "Old Town". The main, outside pool was closed for the winter, but there is a Spa in the hotel with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Also there are rooms for gym and pilates. The rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sun beds (Best on the even numbered pool-side rooms) We opted for the breakfast which was extensive with continental and cooked options available. We had read that rooms overlooking the pool got more sun, so we requested that at the time of booking. We were told it was "subject to availability". When we arrived the hotel was full and they could not find us a room as we requested. The recption staff were very friendly and helpful and found us a pool facing room the next day.

Reception staff often appear as they don’t want to be there, considering it’s the first contact the hotel staff have with guests the optics don’t do it justice. The rooms need a refresh now. It wouldn’t take a lot to paint the walls of each bedroom as they look worn.

A friendly welcome, our cases were looked after as we arrived early, so we were able to walk around. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Our room had everything we needed, from a kettle to a washing machine. It's great as we didn't have to bring a heap of dirty clothes home. The view from our room, we stayed on the 3rd floor over looking the pool was lovely. The balcony is very spacious with an outdoor table and 4 chairs and two sun loungers. Breakfast was very plentiful too, with a hot breakfast or continental to choose from. Very tasty. Plus plenty of shops, supermarkets and beaches with a few minutes walk. An absolute beautiful spot, and we'll definitely return.

The walls in the hotel are very thin, so you could hear people clearly at times. I'm not sure what can be done about that. Plus, the tv has only 3 English speaking channels. At night time, especially if you have kids and need to be in the apartment earlier, a better choice of tv channels or netflix, etc, would be appreciated.

We had very spatious two floor apartment with large terrace. It was comfy and we enjoyed it. Some parts show wear and tear especially all doors and all cabinets but it was ok for us. Pool area is really great, pool clean, with surrounding plants that are really well maintained that makes it nice to relax. Also, you have parking available in the hotel. It is just 100m from the beach and a walking distance from the old town. Above all, staff was super kind and professional. We warmly recommend it.

Great location in a more upscale area than the rest of Marbella center, and just 300m from the beach promenade where there are many restaurants and bars and some shops. It’s beside Gran Melia hotel and the Congress building. The highlight for my family is the huge 1 bedroom apartment with fully stocked kitchen and big balcony and big bathroom. And the other best highlight is the heated indoor pool that is around 27-29 degrees Celsius depending on the days of the week, and the warm jacuzzi that massages all my body aches away. When searching for accommodation I have searched high and low for a heated pool with at least a comfortable 26C, but it was rare to find. Since this hotel has a spa and the pool is in the spa area therefore the air is nice warm temperature and the pool is 27-29 C. Along the beach promenade it is a very pleasant walk and lively towards the center and Old Town in the east and towards the high end Golden Mile beach resorts in the west. It’s around 1.2-1.4 each direction but it did not feel that far because it was pleasant. The only negative for us is the breakfast offerings. It was rather limited and not good selection. But the price was quite reasonable, especially for the kids which costs Eur 6. The front desk staff was a mix of friendly and helpful to some not so helpful .
