We were in Cortijo Del Golf. 3 bedroom acc was absolutely lovely. Spacious, very clean modern, well kitted out kitchen. Fantastic big balcony. Couldn't have been happier. Pool was brilliant, not too busy, always beds free. Loved it. Great holiday. Staff were super kind and helpful. Thank you to all.

ONLY downside was when booking through booking.com the original selection showed Cortijo Del mar, it detailed 3 pools and a pool bar restaurant as facilities, with pics, which we thought was open to us. What is not obvious is if you select 3 bedroom modern acc this was based at the Cortijo del Golf site (which it does tell you in the room description) where the restaurant /bar and other pools aren't available to you. Which we were disappointed with. The staff were lovely though and as an exception allowed us to go to the restaurant 1 night. The room pics are accurate to what was on offer, we had a fabulous stay.

It was self catering. Kitchen well resourced essy to use had to have lots of bottled water as told not to drink the tap water. Lagoon shaped pool perfect for swimming and area for non swimmers. Salty water. Secure car parking. Helpful lifeguards in getting seats and parasols. Restaurant near pool . Very friendly staff. Clean duplex accommodation. Spa facilities. Local chinese delicious. Indian and pizza good too. Lidl easy to reach with car.

Lots and lots of steps. Good exercise for those who could manage. Need a car to do anything. Not many facilities for kids just swimming.

The pool lifeguards attitude. 10/10. The pool had nearly enough sunbeds for all clients, but not 100%. However the lack of sunbeds was always immediately (!) resolved by the attitude of the lifeguards. They were always attentive to the people not able to find a non-occupied sunbed, immediately reacting - taking off the "reservation" towels from the "reserved" sunbeds unused for hours and bringing them to the people who were really needing them. Without being asked to do this. That's an attitude I haven't seen so far anywhere. 10/10 for this!

You can only conveniently stay there having a car. Surroundings are not walkable, as there is nothing interesting around - it's in the middle of a summer villas urbanization, golf fields. Nothing to see, not much to do (a couple of restaurants in a 10-20 mins walking distance). The sea might look rather close on the map, but it's not. Due to the A-7 highway on the way to it, the distance is absolutely not walkable. The pedestrian bridges to cross the A-7 are very far away from the location.

2 bedrooms apartment was great and very spacious with everything you might need and even more. Very private patio with indirect access to pool. Pool is very clean and big enough for both kids and adults. We liked windows roller shades with total blackout. Aircon was very quiet and powerful. Everything was just very high quality. We had some minor issues and called for maintenance guy at the reception. He arrived within 10-20mins, was super friendly and fixed everything in one go.

You definitely will need a car (which we had) for this hotel. Walk to the beach is about 25minutes and the beach in this area is not very nice. Breakfast is very simple and overpriced. I would definitely suggest to stay away from it. If you want cappuccino, you would have to pay extra 3.60EUR on top of 12EUR breakfast. Here are 3 wishes that could make our stay even better: maybe a outdoor sofa on the terrace, bigger TV with netflix app, faster internet. These are very minor requests and didn't change our overall feeling about the property.

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the modern category apartment. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth, and the WhatsApp service was super convenient, allowing me to get quick responses to any questions I had during my stay. Highly recommend specifically the modern category apartment.

The cleanliness was disappointing. Unfortunately, the cleaning standards did not meet my expectations, the team sometimes did not show up with no valid reason

The duplex apartments were fantastic. We were a group of 11 and booked 2 between us. They were really well presented, lots of space and very clean. The kitchens were well equipped and the pool area and snack bar were great.

Just a little far out but we knew that when we booked from reading previous reviews. There are loads of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We just needed taxis to go into any of the towns or beaches.

House apsrtment was exactly as described, facilities are great and we really enjoyed ourselves. Staff were friendly and answered all questions, pool facilities were great although apparently balls and floating toys aren't allowed. Has a good number of resturaunts and bars within walking distance and well suited for a quiet family holiday.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but weren't the worst, we still slept well.

Great space and quality apartment

Right next to the entrance and the door makes a big bang noise on shutting Also the bins are just outside and the bin trucks can come very early and very late which use a crane to empty the bins which wakes you up

Very clean and well maintained complex. The rooms had everything you needed and very modern.

I’m afraid the sun bed situation is the one that let it down. Plenty of space to fit another 20/30 beds around pool and probably would have seen everything ok. So people laid on towels on grass. We were close to pool so carried 2 sun beds from garden upstairs everyday. 2 sat on towels on grass until a bed was spotted free, generally late afternoon. No need to take a ball to pool, as not allowed to use. Even a beach ball for a 5 year old! Shame as one of nicest pools you’ll find in a complex

The grounds were well kept and pretty. The property management service was effective and efficient. The kitchen was well equipped, beyond normal holiday rental standards. The pool area was lively and pretty. It was also great to have use of the parking garage.

The pool was too cold to use in April. Most families just sat around the pool area. The closest restaurants are very near to the motorway. It is a great place to stay if you have a car and are interested in day trips and self catering. On a side note, we would have loved to bring our small dog with. I noticed several guests (or complex residents) had dogs. Perhaps one or two apartments could accommodate dogs in the future.
