We liked pretty much everything about our stay! The resort is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is a must in summer!), and our room had a lovely view. Everything felt very calm and relaxing — a great place to unwind. Location is peaceful and beautiful, but you definitely need a car — it’s on a hill and shops or restaurants aren’t within walking distance. If you have a car, though, it’s absolutely fine.

A couple of small things we didn’t love: The parking is advertised everywhere as 10€/day, but we were charged 12€/day at check-in with the explanation that it’s “high season” — not very pleasant as it felt like a last-minute change. Also, pool towels require a 10€ deposit per person, which wasn’t clearly mentioned beforehand.

The apartment itself was beautiful. We booked a one-bedroom unit, and everything felt new and modern. The furniture was stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was a real highlight—equipped with everything one could wish for, making it perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking while traveling. The living room was cozy, with a comfortable bed- sofa for 2 and a TV with Netflix, which was great for our kids. The location in Benahavís Paraiso offered stunning views, especially from the upper floors, which I’d definitely recommend booking. Though we didn’t use the swimming pool (it was winter), it looked inviting.

However, the noise levels were a significant issue. The plumbing was extremely loud—it felt like we were in the bathroom with our neighbors every time they flushed the toilet or used the shower. The pipes ran right next to the bed, making it almost impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, we had upstairs neighbors with a dog, and the dog barked loudly, disturbing our kids’ sleep. Late at night, around 11 p.m., we could hear every sound from the neighbors’ shower, as if they were in the same room. Overall, while the apartment’s amenities and design were fantastic, the poor sound insulation really impacted our experience. It’s such a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

Resort was very clean, quite private, two pools available and so it was never crowded. Great facilities in the kitchen, air-conditioning extremely useful in the hot temperatures outside. Kids and I used the gym and delighted.

Location was quite remote, we should have looked into it more ourselves, would have preferred if there were more shops within walking distance. We hired a car and it was great help. Two bedrooms were smaller than on the photos, I have three sons (young adults) and it was a bit tight even in our master bedroom we had to be careful not to hit the TV hanging on the wall. On our first day we requested additional duvet as there were 5 of us staying, however reception didn't do anything about it, on day 3 we spoke to the cleaning staff and they sorted us out within minutes.

We stayed 11 nights in a premium two bedroom apartment with view. All was just perfect. Well-equiped kitchen, great bathrooms, comfy beds, great living room, lovely terrace. Very well kept and decorated with great taste. The housekeeping is perfect! The sheets, cushions and towels smell really fresh, as does the entire apartment. You need a car but this is something you know in advance. The parking lot is a real added value. Fitness is top and the swimming pool is a great place to relax a bit between the beautiful Andalousian places to visit. We can only recommend a stay here! The rooms were so beautiful and stylish I absolutely loved it! Fully equipped. I don’t understand why people complained about just having 4 knives, forks and plates. You can simply wash them when you need them again. Loved the gym ! Paloma the receptionist was really kind and helpful!! Kiddos to her

The only thing I could say that I missed was a sponge to wash the dishes because they only had 2 tablets for the dishwasher . There were kids at the pool that didn’t have anybody to supervise them and were so extremely loud! I couldn’t sit outside on the balcony It’s far away in the mountains so you need a car!!

I arrived very late at night and called security for collecting keys, he let me into the car part and also took me right to the apartment. Was very pleasant and helpful. After a day or so I could navigate around the complex quite easily but there are stairs up and then down to get from reception to where my apartment was. The apartments are very well furnished and equipped, every seems new and good quality, there was everything needed present in the property, all functioned perfectly and the staff when needed were very professional and helpful. Location is just a few minutes drive from the A7 and there are so many signs directing you to the place from all direction so that was great. Great value for money and I will return later in the month without a doubt.

My family and i had an amazing stay at this place. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the refreshing pool to the delightful coffee each morning. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were well-maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable getaway

Everything was so nice. The parking was a little tight but still amazing the apartments were incredible so clean and so spacious i really recommend booking here. The staff was also so nice and really cared about the people that are staying with them 10/10

The parking to enter was a little complicated it’s a small street felt like a one way street but other than that nothing was bad everything was good

We like to cook and prepare our own breakfast, lunch etc. The kitchen had barely any utensils, also no containers to safe leftovers, no bowls for a salad etc. This is the main drawback from the appartement

You’ll need a car or Uber to get anywhere as the shops are a fair walk away
