Many choices of food, I am quite happy about the food. I enjoy the option to book a restaurant at the beach side with better food. the beach-side restaurant also has live performances like piano, which is quite nice. I like the room, it is quite big for me with a nice view.

Long queue for coffee, cocktails. My friend saw cockroach next to coffee machine in the main restaurant. The sunbathing area next to the pools is always dirty with empty cups flying around the floor, there is no one to clean them until the next day. It is all inclusive, but many occasions still need cash such as Bingo, towel deposit, ping-pong deposit. it is super inconvenient since the reason we go for all-insclusive is because we don't want to carry cash around. It would be better if the deposit could just be taken from our bank card or sth. Some kids are cute, but some are not. It would be nice to make at least one pool "adult only" so it can be a quiet, peaceful area without kids screaming and vomiting everywhere.

Waterpark was excellent as well as all the pools and facilities, so much to do and enjoy for the family, lots of entertainment day and night for adults and children of all ages

this hotel was much bigger and better than we expected! there are around 6/7 pools that all have different things to offer. the waterpark is great, slides for all ages. my boys (6&9) have had the best week. plenty of food options for all. All the staff are just so lovely and work so hard. the free bus into puerto banus takes about 15 mins and is a great extra for a day out, we got a taxi back as we had a beach day there and the taxi back was about €15 on Uber app. i recommend taking water shoes or non slip socks for waterpark as a few times I nearly fell over as it’s quite slippery let alone for little ones. we loved that you can help yourself to most drinks, kids loved all the soft drinks and San Miguel on tap is great for the adults. the hotel cocktails are lovely, highly recommend the vodka sun and blue lagoon! i read a lot of mixed reviews on this hotel and cancelled it a few months ago before re booking and I’m so glad I came in the end! so much to do and I’ve never stayed at a hotel that is so clean everywhere! our room got cleaned and fresh towels almost every day, the only days they didn’t do it is because I left the sign on the door handle as it didn’t need doing. kids club looked really lovely, ours didn’t go but I always saw the staff and children doing different activities in different parts of the hotel and always looked like great fun!

our room was very small for a family of 4! all of us in one room and our beds were literally touching! luckily we weren’t in there much but no privacy for the adults unfortunately. the beach wasn’t really one you can sunbathe on, we had a few evening walks on there but it’s much too rocky and the sand is quite dusty. not the hotels fault of course but we enjoyed a beach day at puerto banus anyway so it didn’t bother us overall.

Water parks very entertaining for the kids .

Big pool next to the water parks, the snack bar needs to have more shade for the people waiting in line to be attended. Especially in August . When it’s nearly 40 degrees.

We loved our stay at this hotel. it is all about the kids with loads of slides, amazing pool and activities. The staff were so amazing and caring.

Facilities are fantastic and kept my children entertained, I felt my car was safe parked at the hotel and staff very accommodating.

I would have loved a more detailed welcome pack, for example detailed map of hotel, WiFi password and entertainment times available on TV or welcome pack
