Large modern comfortable apartment in a stunning location. Pretty garden walk to direct beach access.

The kitchen needs more cooking requirement . ie beautiful oven but no oven or grill tray so unable to use it, no peeling knife or microwave .

Perfect location, lovely walk along the seafront. Comfortable, new and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant food delicious. AND the most important …. Our small dog was welcome too.

Loved everything. A full length mirror would be nice.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately, there were two housekeeping staff members who were not as clean as they should be — one of them named Vicky (or Micky) was using the same towel for everything in the bathroom and bedroom, which is not hygienic. Also, the front desk communication was sometimes inconsistent: one receptionist told me breakfast was not included, while another said I could go and enjoy it. The spa experience was nice, but the staff there could be a bit more professional. The air conditioning is controlled from reception and sometimes the room got too warm.

Perfectly situated - we had a car that you could park anywhere around the hotel for free and it was a nice locality where to start our trips, close to our favourite restaurants (Tikitano by Besaya etc.) Personally I really appreciated the fitness that worked at 6 a.m. and yoga wellbeing room! Amazing…I went there every day :-)

The cleaning was not precise - some hair or dust rested in the room every day. Refilling of cosmetics didn’t work (no cotton pads, hair conditioner, body balm), or Nespresso capsules as well (we needed to ask at the reception). We were not satisfied with the breakfast offer, there was just very simple buffet. I missed even plain yoghurt few times…it could be at least bit more supplied! And one last thing - we missed towels and sheets in the spa area (that you could just take straight there).

The rooms are beautiful, well-equipped, and very well clean. The gym is well-equipped too, and we had fun participating in the fitness classes. The restaurant serves good food for acceptable prices. The spa services were nice too.

The swimming pool is on the small side of things and the water was regularly too warm. Breakfast could and should be better. You can order things like eggs and pancakes from the kitchen, but there's no menu, so different waiters would tell us different things. I would have enjoyed more variety, namely when it comes to fruit.

Beautiful large apartment style suite on the 5th floor with stunning views, kitchen facilities were amazing with a very large fridge and freezer and lots of glasses and utensils. Nothing missing at all. The bed was super comfy and had a lovely view of the sea. Sun on the balcony for most of the day which was great, very relaxing chilled couple of days in the sun. The pool area was also stunning, pool was nice and warm and the sun loungers were so comfy.

The only thing I would say is the balcony could be better furnished, we had one small two seater sofa which wasn't that comfortable - the balcony is absolutely huge so would be good to have sun loungers available up there. Especially as it was classed a penthouse apartment.

No music by the poolside made it tranquil and quiet and a nice change from typical hotel environments. The other guests were quiet and considerate. The pool was warm and salt water so much better than chlorine. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was amazing, even fantastic kitchen equipment. It would have been nice to have a small basic of basic essentials e.g. oil, condiments (for my short visit). Will be returning.

Only way to access the supermarket on foot over a motorway, not much to do in the area and hearing that other guests paid less or had the breakfast included.

Everything was amazing! I fell in love with this hotel; it was one of the best winter getaways I have ever had. Since the hotel opened in 2023, everything feels new. The heated swimming pool, spa area, and gym are fantastic. They also offer free yoga/Pilates classes every morning, and there is a nice chill area by the pool. The rooms are spacious, which is great. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we are excited to come back in two months! No parties; no music; everything was quiet and chill and that exactly why I liked this hotel

Having ventilation in the bathroom would be nice, but it’s not a major issue. One guest from the UK was incredibly loud while working in the common area, and it felt like the whole hotel could hear him from a mile away. He also smoked like a chimney... I wish guests like that could avoid this wonderful hotel, as it is a great place to relax when there aren’t disruptive people around.

The combination of being in a hotel with all the services you can think of and have apartment-like rooms. Including a kitchenette and a sitting area. The location is clean and the staff is kind and service orientated.

We booked an deluxe studio. The difference with superior rooms is more space near the bed area, larger balcony and a corner room. In our case we were appointed to the deluxe studio on the ground floor. A corner room, however this particular studio is as large as next doors superior room and the balcony was smaller then the deluxe studios on the upper levels. To my opinion this studio should have been rated as a superior studio instead of a deluxe studio.
