Location, location, location! The location in the Pirineos was magnificent! The grounds and trails around the hotel are beautiful. All the food we ate in the hotel restaurant were fantastic! The big fireplace in the lobby was toasty and warm! Our room was lovely with a great view and The bed was very comfortable. The Spa was fantastic - it was amazing to swim outside in the thermal pool while surrounded by the mountains above!

The common areas were very cold and we had to keep our outer wear on. The main hallways in the hotel itself were in need of a lot of repair. Our bathroom had only one glass pane for the shower, so water sprayed on the floor outside the tub when we took our showers. The bathroom had glass walls which was weird for privacy reasons, which could be embarrassing if you were staying with friends. We had trouble getting a taxi back to Panticosa even though we tried to book a few days ahead because there are few available in the area and many clients wanting to use them.

The hotels location in the mountains is superb.We had many beautiful hikes with maybe the best views I've ever seen. Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The bed in the hotel room only had a tiny, thin pillow 🙄 Think maybe the cleaning staff forgot to give us pillows or something. Didn't bother us that much, just used some clothes underneath and it was fine.

The location is fantastic for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Overlooking the lake is lovely with the waterfall in the distance making is quite dramatic. Food was very good, it was a self service but no queueing. Easy check-in, easy check-out. Staff all seemed pleasant and helpful. Plenty of free parking.

Some parts of the hotel were starting to look a bit tired and needed repair/paint work doing to it. Our bathroom floor definitely needed to be resurfaced as it was showing signs of wear and tear.

All the surroundings. We liked the spa. Massage was ok. The hotel staff was helpful.. Spa staff was kind but did not know the exact information when we asked for it. One receptionist told us one thing and the other another when we asked about massage.

Buffet, lunch and dinner not much to choose from. and it was not a very good quality but still we ate. Breakfast was ok . When we asked for towels in the spa, they did not give it to us.

The place, the surrounding mountains , the design, the Spa, the quietness.

A bit tired in some details, but still with charm.

The spa circuit is a must. I've never experienced anything like it. Different areas - there are jacuzzi jets in one pool, a cold pool (which I left out), sauna, steam room, hammam room and 2 areas with lovely warm water where you can swim to an outside area. Very modern quite large hotel which is a change from my usual choice but well designed.

There are 3 choices of restaurants but only 1 was open. Disappointed at first but buffet style restaurant that was open had a good choice of food.

The restaursnt staff were lovely and the food in the buffet was decent. Good breakfast spread too. The location albeit difficult to reach, is unbeatable and the drinks at the bar very reasonable

Reception staff very short and unhelpful, giving the wrong information about spa facilities. Spa rules odd and not informed beforehand. A lot of the spa facilities closed. Spa was supposed to close at 7.30 but were kicked out (quite unceremoniously) at 7.15. It had a "geriatric medical ward " feeling at times and the rooms need a bit if a spruce

Breakfast was Ok, different nice options. They only have a coffee machine and is not enough for the amount of people who were for breakfast. The hotel was OK, clean and correct. What is really impressive is where it is!! Amazing scenes all around the hotel.

They need to fix the issue with the long queue for the coffee on the breakfast time. Only one machine for many people. The reception people didn't give any information at all. You have to ask for everything... breakfast time, where is it, wifi, ...

We went for the half board package and had a shock when we ended up in a large buffet dinning room, but the food was very good with a free glass of wine.The thermal spa attached to the hotel was very expensive, and the receptionist not helpful. We should have booked the package with the hotel. Large car park. Good breakfast in the same dining room.
