This is a great hotel, well equipped rooms and comfortable beds, friendly and super helpful staff and located right in the centre of Cauterets. Our room (4th floor) had a lovely view over the rooftops to the mountains. Breakfast was great also. Would highly recommend this hotel and Cauterets as a base for exploring the Hautes-Pyrénées.

As this is in the middle of Cauterets you may get some noise from activities in the town, if there are events happening.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Le Bois Joli. This family owned hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff, and they were extremely helpful. I also want to mention their excellent English, which helped us considering our French is unfortunately worse than poor. We had a wonderful time here and will for sure come back. The location of the hotel is exceptionally good, in the middle of this small town, next to the Tourist Information Centre. Lots of free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. Easy to park outside the hotel for off and on loading of luggage.

This hotel is right at the heart of Cauterets, and surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. There is no parking actually at the hotel, but we found it easy to park in the large municipal car park a 4/5 minute walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was larger than I expected, with a pleasant ensuite bath and shower. It was quiet. The bed was large and comfortable.. Our rate did not include breakfast, and we found a couple of places super close by where we could enjoy coffee and pastries cheaply.

Perfect location in Cauterets, Hotel Le Boud Joli is comfortable and very welcoming. Our room overlooked the pretty town and mountains and it was lovely hearing the bells in the church chime. We had everything we needed, the breakfast was delicious and it was a charming base for walking to dinner or shopping. It was easy (by car) to get to many of the areas scenic lakes, waterfalls and hikes.

Utterly charming hotel in the very centre of Cauterets. Ambre and Matthias were delightful hosts. Very nice continental breakfast, a great start to a busy day in the hills. We stayed in 2 different rooms (after a few days up in some refuges) - each room is unique and quaintly decorated.

Location was great for a short stay in Cauterets. Good sized room with adequate facilities. Continental breakfast was OK, but not amazing. All staff were extremely friendly.

No parking on-site, but free street parking 300 meters away.

This was our first return to Cauterets for 9 years and we were delighted to stay in the hotel associated with Le Ski Bar. The hotel is comfortable and cosy and we had a large room with a good bathroom and separate toilet. We were on the fourth floor and it was rather warm and there is no aircon, it not usually being required up in the mountains but nonetheless the room was very comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast, the staff cheerfully accommodating a special request for my husband and preparing something which wasn’t on the menu. Delightful, super friendly staff. Very centrally located. We would stay again when back in Cauterets.

Darling hotel. The rooms were small but adequate. Love the furnishings typical of that area. Fabulous location right in the center of town.

Perfect location in the center of town, spacious room, quiet, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Great staff and good, efficient ans friendly service. All reasonably priced.
