location is perfect and with car parking which is very desirable in Lourdes town. The hotel, check-in and hotel staff were superb.

We ate in the hotel restaurant where was lovely but the service staff there were lacking in experience and efficiency. We sat at our table for 1/2hr without receiving menus or water.

The breakfast, we paid €20 each, and would have expected a lot more choice of cold meats, plus the cooked food was poor, and cold. Scrambled egg was overdone, sausages cold, mushrooms were congealed and cold, usually you get bacon, tomatoes, etc., but not here! Very disappointed. Also you would expect tea bags to be on display, but had to be issued when required!

Restaurant and Bar appear 5 star but the rooms are Ikea style furnished and you will be disappointed if you are expecting a Four Seasons experience. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very odd use of plastic green grass in the elevator and stairs. There is no bell hop to help with luggage.

Pool sides need cleaning. Shower glass way too short and bathroom floods when showering unless you huddle to the wall; receptionist called a taxi for me and assured credit card accepted; when I arrived at train station taxi only wanted cash, leaving me very short. She should have been aware of that.

The location was perfect, and I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the bar and restaurant were amazing.

I understand the lifts were in the process of being replaced/repaired, but rather than grass on the walls, etc, why not a nice carpet?

Very well appointed. Welcoming and helpful staff especially Lillie who was so lovely and very very helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sanctuary. Good breakfast. We Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location to the sanctuary (10 minute walk) yet far enough that you didn’t feel caught up in the bustling crowds.

Nothing available at the hotel to eat between breakfast and dinner and no room service was available when the restaurant was open for breakfast or dinner. The dinner menu was lovely and food was absolutely fantastic however a bit of lighter meal options or soup would have been lovely after a long day.

Location is good, check in staff was amazing she couldn’t have been more helpful & cheerful - a true asset to the hotel!

There is no sign for the car park when you’re driving up the one way busy street, so if you miss it like us and several other cars you have to do a 0.5 mile detour around, with the amount of traffic this could take 15 minutes +. Rooms need an iron in, there is an ironing room with 1 iron on the ground floor so you have to take what ever you need down, family of six was a pain. Nothing major but when you paying top money you expect the simplest things like a iron.

Loved the room and the bathroom - amazing having a bathroom with a view! Had a little trouble understanding how the air-conditioning worked (in France the + is to make it warmer, not cooler). Most amazing view of town and the sanctuary, with a lovely sunset. Unfortunately didn't have time to use the spa. Restaurant was good, but nothing special.

Apart from the trouble with the AC I mentioned, our dinner waiter made a joke about the bill being double what it actually was, which we didn't appreciate - no one wants to be startled on their vacation.

Location, parking lot, staff, and room was great. The room was clean and loved the duvet covers so much I’ve been looking to buy some for my home. Wish we had more than one night to use the facilities of a warm indoor pool, sauna etc. View from our window (some have balconies) was beautiful looking over the town, mountains and river. By the way, Andrea Bocelli stayed there too in the past.

We didn’t have breakfast there but did have dinner. The food was excellent but the service was very slow. When we were first approached at our table, we ordered some sparkling water. It was an Hour before he came back. We ordered our food and it was still a long time. It was getting very late and we were tired and wanted to go to bed. I finally went over to the bar and asked one of the men to tell our waiter we would like our check. Hoping he would hurry over to us but instead saw him go out to the foyer for some reason before finally coming back. We may have just had an off night with shortage of help or something as the food was very good and the place was full of customers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. The service was consistently top-notch, with staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Great value for the price, with clean, well-maintained rooms and thoughtful amenities. What truly made the stay special was the staff—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back!

A lovely hotel in a brilliant position, the staff were very attentive and everywhere was immaculately clean. The only problem we found was the access to the carpark, not that anything can change that. The dear lady on our arrival was extremely helpful both in the parking of our car and in taking us and our numerous bags to the room. Thank you so much. The breakfast fruit was the only thing that probably didn’t live up to expectation.
