Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Excellent location for walking in the Pyrenees, and we also took a bus up to Barège to use the thermal spa one day. We also loved our trip with the nearby Tom Rafting team.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spot clean and visibly recently renovated, as the equipment looked new and everything was in excellent condition. The bed was really comfortable and there was absolutely no issue with anything. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling, chatting, and ready to help at any time. The value for the price is absolutely outstanding, and yet all the major locations are within car reach (Luz, Cauteret, Lourdes). Being a hiker, I also really appreciated that they proposed to keep track of my hikes in case there would be a problem, and when I forgot to inform I went to sleep at a hut overnight, they showed genuine care and worry. Must recommend!

This was our second visit to the Hotel des Touristes. The hotel was fine for an overnight stay. Unfortunately for us it was a rainy Monday evening and all of the options for a meal within half a kilometre were closed so it made for an interesting time looking for food from the car. The room was small but sufficient. Free parking was available close by. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

Television didn’t work for some reason.

Everything was great.
