This is a great little hotel with super food in the downtown of the village. The location is fantastic-close to other restaurants and necessities. The back of the hotel has a wonderful view from your bed of the mountain and the chateau. Quaint. The owner of the hotel is exceptional-he will tourism advice. He and his wife do the cooking in the restaurant and it's very very good. The village is crowded in August but still worth the visit. People are not pushing each other around. Highly recommend and we will be back. Hotel is also not far from the thermes LUZIA which only receives marginally good reviews on BOOKING but is actually a great value with lovely staff. You just have to book the treatments and you are treated well. I've been to several thermes in France and other spas in the US and Europe and this one is competitive if you book treatments-which are reasonably priced.

I don't like hotels where the toilet and sink are right next to the shower because the entire area becomes flooded. Not the fault of the owner but just know that this is the arrangement...maybe ask for more towels or more bathroom mats.

I loved this hotel. Luz Saint Sauveur is a beautiful little town, and the atmosphere when we arrived was wonderful. A live duo performance on the pavement outside the hotel, with cold beers, at the end of a very long day to welcome us, and spend time relaxing as the evening begins. A great hotel with a rustic, heritage feel, fabulous rooms with a decent bathroom. A secure car park for the bikes, and a night out in the town. Nearby burger restaurant was fabulous, but the hotel also does an amazing grill too. Breakfast was great in a beautiful old wooden dining room all seated at a long table. It was a great night, and we were ready to head up the Tourmalet in the morning. I'd go here again any time.

There’s nothing not to like since the staff was so amazing and helpful with our luggage! The views are really stunning and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious! Our room was spacious and we rested very well there!

Well located hotel in a nice lively village in the Pyrennees. It's called 'Terminus' because it's located in front of what once was the train station. Rooms are simple but functional and they have nice views. Even at the streetside (where the hotel bar is), the noise level is very managable and around 23h it's all quiet. We had no problems sleeping. Nice breakfast with fresh local produce. The hotel has a decent restaurant with traditional grilled meats, fish and more modern buddha bowls. The hotel itself does not have a parking but it's very easy to park your car just behind the hotel in the big public parking. To some, the owner may come across as a bit direct, but he's in fact nice and helpful.

The hotel does need a bit of a face lift, the decoration is a bit stuffy and out of date, and there were stains on the carpet in the hall. In high season prices go up quite steeply, and I found the price a bit too much for what was offered. But hey...it's supply and demand. The hotel was fully booked so they can afford to ask high prices.

Arrived as a group of 4 on motorbikes, good secure off road parking for the motorbikes. Staff very friendly and helpful, good bar at the hotel, evening meal and breakfast was great. Nice location though it is ski resort prices for food and beer.

Nice traditional hotel, simple but perfectly comfortable, well located in centre of Luz. Ideal base for a few days skiing or hiking.

Breakfast featured everything a cyclist needs for a days riding in the Pyrenees. The breakfast was served on time with fresh bread recently backed at the local bakery. Staff and owners were fantastic.

Family-run hotel, extremely friendly and helpful owners and employees, great location in the middle of the village, very cozy restaurant and bar with cool music, great food and drinks, very good and extensive breakfast buffet. Just perfect!

The hotel, which is getting on in years, but well maintained and preserved, has no elevator. This is just a note for people who need an elevator!
