The location is perfect for anyone embarking upon a Pilgrimage of Lourdes - St Bernadette’s birthplace is just 60 seconds from the hotel on foot! The staff also make the hotel extra special - family run, full of warmth and character - just a lovely place to be.

There were a couple of issues with our room on check-in but they were dealt with promptly and with sensitivity.

Excellent location. Very close to The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes (approx. 11 mins walk away). Very kind and friendly staff. Booked the half board option (Breakfast and Dinner). Dinner is a three-course meal and super tasty. Clean and spacious room. Room had a balcony with great view.

The pillows were too soft for me. No tea or coffee maker in the room.

This is a family run hotel in the center of the old town in Lourdes . The staff were very hepfuland the room was spacious , clean and tidy , with a small balcony . the holy sites are only few minutes walk away over the old bridge . The owner . a bike rider himself , allowed us to park our motorbikes in the basement . Overall a very nice stay .

Anyone travelling by car be aware the one way system in town reverses every 15 days . Nightmare for Sat Nav .

It was very close to the sanctuary, and the staff were very helpful and polite. The place was very clean. It was easy for the water to be hot and the heater was on during the cold

The blow drier does nothing. Toiletries were inexistent.

It was a bugger to find. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was as expected and adequate. The evening meal was lovely.

It was ideal for our one night stop.

Location is great, only a short walk from all the attractions.

Great position, very close to Cathedral, slight up hill walk. Quiet location but close to restaurants. Lift to all floors and really helpful friendly staff

Parking but a bit limited on site but 50m away is a car park, so not really a problem

Absolutely loved my time in Hotel Helianthe. The welcome was very warm and friendly. Staff were exceptional, particularly Marie Anne and Cecil, both very helpful and made me feel very much at home. The breakfast was good and dinner was exceptional, 4 courses. 10 minutes walking distance from the Grotto which was great.

I would've liked a little more variety for breakfast, something hot like sausage or scrambled egg.
