It’s close to the grotto, the houses of St Bernadette and it’s right next to the Chateau Fort which was a surprisingly amazing place that we didn’t initially plan for!

Nothing really. The staff were very accommodating to our needs and very pleasant. It did cost us more in taxi (€30) but we could have taken the bus for €3 per person! It would have stopped in front of Hotel Paradis and from there could have walked 10 mins to the hotel. After meeting some people in town, we found out we could take the bus going to airport so saved us a ton in the end.

The owners were very friendly and accommodated us very well, and helped us whenever they could with trips, taxis, buses. The room was clean and cosy and had a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, only 9 Euro per person per day. Only a 10 minute walk from Lourdes Train Station and 15 minute walk from Sanctuary and shops.

Not a dislike but more of a remark for people with mobility issues because there are some stairs to get to some of the rooms but there is an elevator so I'm pretty sure the hosts will accommodate if you reach out :)

Beautiful property, clean tidy and everything you need for your stay. The owner genuinely couldn’t have done more for our family, she was amazing - nothing was too much trouble at any time of day or night! I genuinely don’t know how she does….beds clean and comfy everywhere looks brand new! No need for a guide for pilgrimage or too the Grotto, as the owner directed us and gave us maps and lots of information and advice! 100% would recommend, it’s beautiful hotel with stunning rooms, and excellent customer service!

Absolutely nothing

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast which is not my favorite, although theirs was well presented. I had dinner one evening, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Sophia is a wonderful cook. The room was clean, and the staff maintained a very clean establishment. I would stay there again.

Since I do not speak French, the communication was a bit frustratingly on both sides despite using Google translate. I should have brushed up on French before leaving the US which is on me.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners were so accommodating, one spoke fantastic English and helped us with getting to our next destination. They went above and beyond to help us! The requested a specific room and they gave it to us with our any hesitation. The room was very very clean and had everything you would need. The location was perfect for us as it was between the transport station and all the attractions. We would highly recommend staying here.

Super little hotel, in peaceful location 10 mins walk from centre and 20 mins to the Grotto and 5 mins max to square In main town, 10 mins walk to Train station and bus stop, loved it!!! Clean and authentic.

Nothing ! well priced, clean, authentic french small hotel

The staff were really nice and accommodating. They try to make your stay as comfortable as.possible. The hotel is really like the traditional hotel in the area

It's summer and it was hot in Lourdes and in the room. Nevertheless, I requested for a fan and it was given right away.

The location was great. In a quiet part of town but close to everything. The room was above expectations. It was spacious and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, we all had a great sleep. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful, great selection. Would stay again if I were in the area

Getting a parking ticket but that was entirely my own fault! There was free parking near the hotel so I moved!

We had a wonderful family suite and the hotel was so close to everything and only a ten minute walk to the train station to get to Paris.

It would have been nice if the restaurant would have been open but it was winter. However, they provided fresh milk and coffee and tea for our room. The staff could not have been nicer! Wonderful family stay!

I loved everything about this hotel! Starting with the location - it was perfect! It was just a quick 10 minute walk from the Lourdes Grotto, with breathtaking views and architecture along the way! It was also just a few minutes walk from shopping, restaurants, and the train/bus station! The breakfast was reasonably priced, and had a great variety of food and drinks from which to choose. The hotel was so clean, and they provided all of the amenities needed. Lastly, I just can’t say enough about the staff! They were so very friendly and went above and beyond taking care of all of our needs!
