The hotel is not big and fancy, but well kept with its history by the owners. The stuff is positive, kind and very helpful. Amazing location for visiting Lourdes, many nice restaurants and cafes around, and Carrefour. It is quiet enough if the neighbors are quiet. The hall (lobby area) is small but cozy and sunny. Good choice for 1-2 nights for this money.

No air conditioning so the heat will strike during the day for sure. The walls and doors are not soundproof so depends on how lucky you are with the neighbors. It could be more clean in rooms. There is some stuff which is not used but I don't know for what they keep it (for example radio in each room you can not listen to). I recommend that the stuff of the hotel take one day for revising their hotel facilities and make it better. For example, check the bulbs - 2 or 3 of them where not functioning in our room

The location is excellent. Close to the station. 15 mins walk to the Cathedral and/or other major visiting locations. Very quiet room. The bed gets made every day. The staff was lovely and made me a cup of coffee every morning (for which I didn't get charged). There is a basic breakfast buffet but I didn't have it. The room has out dated facilities, the shower is a bit small, but that wasn't an important factor for me. I was travelling solo, and I had everything I needed before I started my Piemont Camino to SJPDP.

This hotel was the perfect spot to stay at for our pilgrimage visit to Lourdes. From check in to check out, everything went more than smoothly. The owners, a lovely couple, treated us like family. They upgraded our rooms, gave us recommendations for our stay, offered us coffee and homemade cookies and a great conversation which made our experience with them so special. The room was impeccable and the beds very comfortable. They have very competitive prices for the area and our experience with them was worth double the price we payed. We would definitely be coming back on our next visits.

the best hotel , i’ve been! honestly better treatment than any other high end hotels we’ve been as a family. it goes to show that kindness and compassion doesn’t need to be in a 5 star hotel. the couple who looked after the place went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. we arrived really hungry late at night and they even prepared homemade pizza for us. :) on the day that we were leaving we were just gonna walk to the station with all our luggages but we got dropped off instead. merci! it’s my second time in Lourdes and will definitely come back here !

If I can, I will give double five starts. The room is good for the price that we pay. All works well, the wifi, shower, toilet. We bought food from outside, we were allowed to use the dining room and borrowed the cuttlery. Location is great, only 10mins walk to the gate of the Sanctuary. Carefour is just nearby. Additionally, we cant find any shuttle bus to airport on Sunday but the hotel owner informed us the exact timing. He also offered to send us to the bus stop for free. When we arrived, I realized that I left my watch in the bar. He calmed me down by humming in the traffic jam. He said not to worry that we still have time and he will drop me on the second bus stop. He refused to take any additional fees. Thank you so much ans bless you with lots of grace throughout your life.

The staff was nice and helpful. Location is good, because it is practically in the center of the city. It is also close to the Basilica of Immaculate Conception, about 10 - 15 min walk. The room was cleaned regularly and I would say the hotel is overall clean. The bed was comfortable.

The room and the bathroom are small. Bathroom needs and update, especially the shower. The breakfast could be more diverse (I didn't see any eggs or fruit).

The hotel was in a good position about 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station. A 10 minute walk downhill to the Grotto. The owners were very nice and helpful. The hotel and town were very quiet due to it being out of season. The hotel had a restaurant which was mainly closed. I would guess it would be busy in season.

Our room was a good size however the bathroom was quite small. The shower was handheld which I did not like. A fitting on the wall to hold the shower would make it far easier to shower

We were really impressed with this Hotel and the kindness of the staff who all I can say are absolutely the best, so polite and helpful and go and beyond what is normal to assist in making their guests have a memorable experience while staying in this Hotel. Super clean and comfortable with a great full breakfast, in a great location, we would have no hesitation is recommending this Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay while in Lourdes.

The location of the hotel is amazing and accessible to all the tourist attractions of this beautiful town/city. Has amazing views and overview of the beautiful city life and night life. The staff are amazing and super helpful and kind towards their customers and has a very family vibe. I recommend this place to everyone who loves a hotel that treats you as part of their family and not only as a customer. Shall be back soon.

I expected very little for the price of 36 EUR per night, and was pleasently surprised: 1. the receptionist upon our arrival wet out of her way to help find us room available for early check-in 2. The room was very comfortable and clearly a lot of attention is being put into cleaning 3. The location is great Overall, great bargain option for a stay in the heart of Lourdes!

Only a slight inconvenience: The hotel was clearly battling some black mould in the bathroom and the room smelled strongly of the anti-mould chemical. I do not think it is a cause to complain as it is good to see the issue was being adressed and also we got the room early, so normally it may have managed to be ventilated better before check in.
