They are currently going through a mini refurb after rebranding from ibis to B&B so some bits are maybe not as polished as could be, but it's got to happen sometime! Location is a little bit out of town (maybe 10-15 mins walk to the sanctuary and grotto) but very near the railway station if you arrive that way.

The air conditioning was heat only when we visited in early April. We would've liked cool as we prefer to be what some people would call cold... we managed with an open window. We didn't actually ask if cool was available as we've also had this issue in other areas at this time of year so no biggie.

The hotel that suits us. Very close to the train station, and not far to the Grotto ( about 10 minutes walk ). With an affordable price, this hotel is perfect for a place to stay during a pilgrimage in Lourdes, and they served good breakfast too with selection of bread, bacons, boiled egg, sliced cheese, cold cuts, juices & coffee ( typical European breakfast ). The room was okay, not that big, actually a bit small but overall meet our expectation ( with Air-Conditioning ). We definitely will stay in this hotel if we go to Lourdes in the future.

Maybe if there is an electric kettle to boil water, this would have been better.

It is very near to Lourdes train station and was easy to find. very clean hotel eventhough some facilities are not very new.. There are few restaurant near the hotel and a mini supermarket. Around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the sanctuary. 24 hours reception And .. good breakfast!!

Close proximity to the Sanctuary and Railway station.

The whole hotel seems to have undergoing repairs. smell of paint seems to be coming because of this reason in the room.

The hotel was located very close to the train station(about 350m), which was the main reason we booked the hotel. However, the room was super clean with a good en suite bathroom. The staff was superb and friendly. The breakfast was also great. We extremely enjoyed our stay there.

All 8 Accor hotels we visited this season have exceptional Wi-Fi speeds.

It is a pity that it is not possible to reserve a parking space at the 7 Accor hotels, except for this hotel in Lourdes, for a fee. When arriving in the late afternoon or evening it is a problem to find a space in the hotel car park.

Breakfast was OK. Ran out of scramble eggs. Had only one small tray. Location excellent. Staff great and very helpful and friendly. Sorry to see restraunt close after Breakfast. They use to have great meals for lunch and dinner.

All the cooks take off from 3pm to 7 pm. So all the restraunts are close for food.

Great location, walking distance to the procession, la grotto. Close restaurants and shops. Disability friendly hotel, bathroom are Disability friendly. Great breakfast.

Parking was additional.

The location is excellent.

The amenities could be better for the price. I paid similar for a 3 star in Paris and it had better amenities in the bathroom.

The rooms were clean it was quiet and the staff were nice especially the Lady in the reception with the curly hair

The car park wasn't high enough for our car/roofbox to fit under Rooms were very compact and air conditioning wasn't great we had 2 rooms and both were as hot as one another
