Firstly, the perfect location. Less than 10 mins walk to / from the train station, which is where the airport bus also stops. And perfectly situated for the main Groto pathway. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the owner and that personal touch remained all the way through. She is hard working, attentive and diligent. Like all of the hotel, the bedroom was spotless, mine had a comfortable double sizes bed, TV with a bath/shower - and clean linen each day. The breakfast was a feast. Fresh baguette, cheeses, jams , boiled egg (and various meats for those that do), pastries and proper fresh coffee! I can not fault this small, humble, private & family run hotel. Thank you.

The hosts are fabulous, accommodating, love their work and their charming hotel. Super helpful in advising about getting about town ("follow the light blue line!"), day or night

I was in town during the Tour de France's visit, much excitement. Would have preferred an interior room not on street. But, hey! The whole town is excited! Not a big deal. I will absolutely come back

The property is very close to the train station making it easy to navigate with suitcases. The house keep lady was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist. Whilst there is no room iron she kindly ironed my items I would wear marking my visit to the holy grotto.

Remember tho close the window at night due to the noise - overall very positive for the cost

The man running the hotel was wonderful and was a highlight to our stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the morning had lots of options to start the day however you wanted. Room was lovely.

The shower curtain didn't seem to keep water in very well for some reason.

Excellent location, very easy to go around Lourdes and 15 mins walking to the sanctuary. Triple room was big and clean. The owner was very nice and could recommend many things to us.

A bit hot but we had a fan in the room.

We had a great time here!! The owners, Regis and Lidia, are such warm people. Always very helpfull. Breakfast perfect! We certainly will come back in the future!!

The gentleman on reception even stopped the traffic so I could park next to the hotel. Lady gave my wife ice to helps swollen eye. The main attractions are only 7 minutes slow walk. Great venue.nothing
