It is a simple little hotel in a very good Location near the train /bus stop station and a good walking distance to the sanctuary. It is in a quiet area even though it is beside the main road.it is super clean and a real good value for money. They also allowed your luggage to be kept after you checked out. Very Nice staff and the hotel feels homey. This is my second time staying at Hotel Lutetia and would have stayed last year with them but they don’t have a space on the days i booked so ended up in a different hotel.I made sure I booked in advance this year.😁

The shower in my room is not strong but enough for you to have a shower.The shower holder does not hold so you have to hold it with your hand .Other than this it is all great.I would have given it a 10 .

Very close to the train station which is easy for commute, also the local bus has a stop there too but the room was quiet. Simple but clean room with enough space for 3. The bathroom is comfortable but could use more towel hangers. Very nice owners and 1 of the nights we had the dinner menu which was a good local fish in the restaurant, but didn't try the breakfast.

No nearby grocery store or cafe, and longer walk to the Sanctuary, however the local bus is great to catch at the corner, which takes you to the entrance and it goes frequently.

- Just 50 metres from the railway station and the bus station for the bus reaching the famous mountain village of Gavarnie - Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of high quality food - Rooms in the 3rd floor on the side facing south have an excellent view of the city, the valley and the mountains - The pilgrimage churches are 15 minutes by foot and one is thus not affected by the pilgrim masses that stay in the hotel area next to the holy precinct

- Rooms in the first floor facing north (towards the railway) are very dark and you cannot leave the window open as otherwise strangers may enter from outside. These rooms are also very small and you have not enough place to keep your things nicely.

It was close to the train station. The maid service was great. The room didn’t have air-conditioning, but they did provide a fan, which made it very nice in the shower in toilet and Boudet we’re good.

The breakfast was good but it was very redundant because it was the same thing every morning. They add €10 a day for breakfast. I didn’t know this was the case until I was checking out and that was kind of a little bit of a surprise.

I liked the staff and the fact that they regularly cleaned the room. The staff was very friendly. The place is only a few steps from the train station where shuttle from airport stops.

The only one is the bed i was sleeping in. There were two single beds and for some reason the one i was sleeping in was too soft that I was sinking and caused my back to hurt. I would also prefer if they had a proper cupboard rather than one made with the wall.

We stayed here during our visit to Lourdes. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, secured, and well decorated. Mr. Simonne, who checked us in, was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. It's a family-run hotel, and we really feel like home away from home. Mr. Michael, the owner, offered to keep our bags after check-out since we had an overnight trip to Bordeaux. Highly recommended and value for money.

The place is clean and tidy. The location is convenient to the rail station, town center, and the grotto shrine complex. The breakfast room is comfortable, though the selection is limited. The bed is comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a good value for a single tourist or a couple.

The room was quite small, though adequate. The shower is very small, but good hot water. Unfortunately the WIFI was not working on our floor, only downstairs. I would have expected a kettle and tea or coffee in the room, and also a safe for valuables.

The staff (owners) were incredibly friendly and very helpful answering our endless questions. Breakfast was very good and it was walking distance to the train station. The buses also stopped a block away so you could come and go to the Sanctuary without having to walk.

The weather was nice when we stayed but in the summer the rooms would be very hot without a/c.

Very close, 50 meters away from the train station so it's super accesible especially for me carrying a large luggage! The room is small but very clean and bathroom is nice with the european bidet that makes it interesting ;)

Its distance from the Notre Dame Cathedral and other spots, 1 kilometer walk away! I was always gasping for breath when i reach the hotel due to the long walk back to the hotel. But no complaints since i would rather walk these roads without luggage than walk with luggages far from the station.
