I am an OAP near enough to 80. I got the hotel on the internet and did not know what to expect. On my arrival after coming from Stanstead airport to be greeted with a lovely smile - one knew from that moment I was welcome. It has an excellent lift that took me to the 4th floor. A couple of times I left early and on my return my bed was made and that was not what I expected but thought it was so nice. I wanted to be down at the shrine early. Another feature going to the shrine it it all down hill. Coming home I could take my leisure and look at shop. The food was excellent value served by a friendly staff. Lovely and quiet

I was more than pleaded with my stay

On arrival in Lourdes, I took a long time to find the hotel.This was mainly because street nameplates are not very prominent and also because many of the shopkeepers who I asked didn't recognise the hotel name.

Checkin date: June 5 through June 7 goes fast. Staffs were very polite and helpful, always have a smile on theirs faces.. will greatly recommend the hotel. Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel.. Food was great and value for money..

It’s nit a big deal if possible to have a detector movement lights when we need to go to our rooms from the elevator will be great as it’s too dark.

Friendly staff, (day & Night) -Booking in & out - No hassle Its suited our purpose of visit to Lourdes . May be another we will try again and use it Lunch & Dinner perfectly provided - for being English, breakfast is very simple but acceptable.

One or two small short coming - reported at reception desk , they said they will sorting out , namely dripping tap in the bathroom ( may need a washer to tight it up) But did not disturb our sleep. ( that's OK)

We like the location as it is near the place we want to visit - the Lourdes Grotto, but it is still on the quiet side of the place. It was just the perfect place to be. The staff were nice and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were also good. We will recommend this place to our friends who wants to visit Lourdes. Merci beacoup to the staff.

Room was perfect for a family of 4. Location was brilliant - so close the basilica and all other amenities required

Toilet seat in bathroom needed to be fixed and the force of the shower was not great with us being on the 5th floor

The staff were so nice and the breakfast was simple but warm and lovely.

It was a bit too cold in the room, but there were extra blankets.

Good location for Vista all the itineraries. Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Staffs are too good . Restaurant food was amazing.

It will be good if they have coffee making facilities in the rooms.

its very central, only 5 min from the Basilica entrance. the staff were very friendly and helpful for anything we needed. always attentive to make us feel confortable and welcome.
