The Location is very handy. It is a family owned business and it is run by them, which makes the ambient nicer. Lena is very knowledgeable about the religious activities and their schedules and gives nice insights on what to do and when. Antoine on the other hand was very good indicating activities for kids and of general interest. Both were very accommodating and provide full support when and as required. They were very kind to my kids and family members too. Good price.

The access to the garage is limited, but on a specific occasion I needed to arrive later than opening hours, they were happy to open to us after hours. The deco is a bit dated, but nothing that would put me off.

Excellent price, great location, and very interesting history of the hotel itself. Both rooms had their own bathroom and good storage. You get to use the same lift as a Saint once did. Parking being available is a great bonus.

The rooms had no fans or cooling, so they were quite muggy even with the windows open. I would not recommend the breakfast: fairly expensive, and the options were limited and not high quality. The hotel, I can fully recommend but without the breakfast.

The hotel has a brilliant position, very close to the Grote - walking distance, a lot of restaurant close by. About the hotel it self: very good and nice, clean (much better then we expected thinking about the price) and the staff very friendly giving us all the information needed - as much as possible due to language barrier. Also very important they have a car park in the back of the hotel

They really could have a better internet connection(wi-fi) - was quite poor and the problem was we did not have good signal on our phones so... a bit of issue there - except that every thing was great

This is a family hotel that has faded somewhat, HOWEVER, the family that lives and works makes it all SHINE AGAIN. No question is too much. Lovely people!!parking is safe at 10.euro per night.

The price value relation is wonderful, so dont take anyone there that is picky. The ideal position is a great plus.

This hotel building premises is very historical. With St.Bernadette of Lourdes. It used to be the convent where St.Bernadette lived before moved to Nerves town in France 🇫🇷 after the apparition of mother Mary. And as a small child where St. Bernadette had her nursery education at this convent school. All the historical evidence still visible up to today. Even the mother may statue where St.Bernadette used to pray still stands at this hotel premises.

Room is perfectly clean and big , Staffs are so friendly Price also very affordable We stayed about 3 nights with children 5 minutes from the train station And 8 mins from the sanctuary We are enjoy a lot Thank you for your service 😊

The host family were so kind and welcoming and always greeted me with a smile as I was coming and going. Good area, short walk from shops, cafes, restaurants and food hall. Very good value for money

Lovely family-run hotel in a handy location close to the train station and the town. Comfy beds, neat and clean rooms. Friendly and responsive staff. They provided a place to store our bags after check-out so we could explore the area a little more before departing.

I was looking to practise my language skills during my stay.All the staff gave freely of their time to chat and were,invariably ,open and friendly. The management of the hotel were ,furthermore very generous in allowing me to make local phone calls free of charge,This allowed me to avoid paying roaming charges. The hotel was well placed for good traditional restaurants which served regional dishes.

The carpet in my room was stained and the there were black areas in the bathroom ,Plaster was also flacking in the shower!

Our main host and her husband were the most welcoming. I felt at home as well as on a discovery trip. The history of the hotel is fantastic and the stories shared by Lena were very inspiring. I thank her for sharing them with us/me. The room was comfortable and there is a bathtub!!!!

The bathtub needs a bit of renovation, BUT, the bath is deep and being able to take one was a delight.
