I recently stayed at Chalet Saint Louis in Lourdes, and it was an exceptional experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was worth every penny, and I highly recommend Chalet Saint Louis for a delightful stay in Lourdes.

Room,location and staff

I seemed to be the only guest,(out of season), liked the balcony and the suspended whicker chair, easy access to the Grotte and station, nice hand painted warm nature murals on the the walls, friendly house dog, shopping bike in the entry living room and french TV in the rooms. Perfect way to end or begin a mountain holiday. Warm and non sterile vibe. Nice room touches and clean, and effective shower.Early flight so didn't have breakfast, dinner wasn't included so eat outside.

Had a small room despite many larger being available,but it was fine. A little hard to find but I was tired, didn't know Lourdes beyond the station before and a shopkeeper showed me the way. 4 Euro's more than advertised but I'm clutching at straws. I came from rural mountain gites, the hotel was fine and clean with a relaxed vibe. I didn't want or need over ostentation.

I booked this hotel thinking it was simply a place to sleep but I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great only a short walk to the Grotto, the town centre and the railway station. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was basic but good. The room was a good size with direct access to a shared terrace. There are lots of restaurants, Coffee shops etc just a few metres away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lourdes and I hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you.

I like tje location , where we can easily get everything we need and specially to the grotto. And regarding the breakfast i wud suggest an boiled or fried will be a complete breakfast, but anyhow it was good.

Our Hostess was very friendly as was her daughter. This family run hotel is ideal for a short stay in Lourdes. Veronique and daughter Roxanne will kindly translate any language on a cell-phone app so language is not a problem. also, family dog "Lilly" will great you as friendly as the hosts.

Not much that I didnt like apart from the bathroom was quite small.

The property is close to Lourdes Sanctuary, restaurants and train station. The owner is kind enough to post the necklace I left in the property with no hesitation. Thank you again.

The place is quite old but I guess it adds to the charm.

Everything was good, property neat though it's an old building.

As a tall person the shower was too tight. That's Only downside.

This small hotel was perfect in many ways. Despite my poor French I received a warm welcome from the owner/Manager. An excellent Continental breakfast at £3.00. was a good start to the day. The room was plain very clean and the small en-suite toilet/shower more than adequate. The location is only minutes' walk from the station and the Grotto.

Very little. The stairway is a bit dark and lit when detecting movement. Not any problem.

Welcome from the proprietess and desire to see that I was comfortable. Usual French breakfast.....boo hoo, leaves me, as English, starving! The lady couldn't have been more helpful and I look forward to next year.
