We had no tea or coffee facilities in our room. Very disappointed. No minifridge, no safe and the room was not well cleaned. I don't think they ever vacuumed the room in the 4 days we were there. When I told the receptionist about the tea facilities in the room she said that we had a standard room and no facilities go with it. So I showed her the photo I was sent to me showing tea facilities in the room and she blamed booking.com. she said we were not entitled to the tea facilities having had a standard room.

The location is very good. Walking distance to the Grotto. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel with buses which take you to the train station and to the airport. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was tasty and with a good choice of food. During breakfast the food was restocked continuously. All the staff at the hotel is very hardworking and helpful, especially Miseta at the reception who makes you feel very welcome with her warm smile.

The cups, plates and utensils should be well inspected for proper cleanliness in the breakfast room before being presented to the hotel guests. Room carpets to be vacuumed properly every day.

This was the third time I stayed at Hotel Paradis, the staff continues to be fantastic, very attentive and kind, the breakfast maintained its quality and the cost-benefit ratio remains satisfactory.

I believe the hotel suffered a little from the effects of the pandemic, the rooms need renovation and the restaurant service was better, dinner hours are currently very restricted, the menu used to have more options and the previous staff who served in the restaurant were much friendlier and more attentive.

The staff was great and very helpful and polite and was always very polite in saying good morning and good evening! The breakfast is always excellent and plenty of a selection of food from different kinds of breads to pastries and plenty of juice options and coffee ☕ options plenty of different fruits and yogurt and different egg 🥚 options beans and bacon 🥓 the perfect breakfast! The housekeeping staff is wonderful and always keeps the room very clean and organized and well maintained!

The hotel should think about extending the breakfast hours until 11:00 a.m. to give guests an extra hour to get something to eat and for sometimes guests might be running a little late it gives them extra time to have some breakfast to start their day! I really enjoy staying at the Hotel Paradis! Just a little something to think about for your guest!

Elevator was good size for wheelchair. Local bus was across the and only 1 euro, stopped at train station.

The breakfast cost 13 euros and the scrambled eggs were questionable if fresh, canned baked beans and canned fruit salad.

The room was bright, airy and comfortable with plenty of space in the room for two armchairs and a small table too. The bed was super large and comfy. the bathroom was also spacious with a bath/shower. The airport shuttle stops right outside the hotel, which was very convenient for us.

The mini fridge did not work initially, but it was replaced a couple days later. Late night drinkers have a habit of occasionally sticking around outside a bar next to the hotel and their laughing and talking sometimes kept me up at night.

hotel Paradis is away from all the hassle and busy area down at the Grotto. The river across the road from hotel and the town bus L5 that bring u into Loudres town for shopping tourist office castle train station. Great bus and it also stop outside the entrance into the Basicilla. I had superior room and it was nice and big on the upper floor with a big window u could open. The air conditioning was very good and it also had a kettle. There was a nice bathroom with a bath and shower with all the toiletries.

There was nothing I didn't like

Nice hotel located centrally in the city with clean, quite rooms all services for a 4 star hotel in place. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We didn't use the restaurant for lunch or dinner but the menu looked good for reasonable prices.

Weather was really sunny and nice but the airco wasn't available and after contacting the reception we were informed HVAC was still programmed for heating and programming could only be set for the whole hotel. Our last night the HVAC was reverted from heating to cooling which was great to lower the temp in a room at 25C

Lourdes is a heavily trafficked pilgrimage town. The accommodations at The Paradis were fine. , comfortable and great value compared to other places in France. This is a big hotel with many pilgrimage groups staying there. The front desk is friendly and efficient and the staff all speak a variety of languages. The only down side was breakfast. It was adequate, but because so many people eating at the same time a little "mass produced, i.e., canned fruit, and lots of self -serve..

The staff were uniformly absolutely excellent. Super-polite but also helpful and welcoming, I was amazed. The hotel's in a great location, on the river, but on the town side of Lourdes (better for restaurants). My "Superior" room was large, quiet, had a nice view and was comfortable. Just what I needed. The internet was super-fast too. I liked having a fridge and kettle, I made good use of both.

I had read in advance and brought my own tea and mug etc. but I think it's a bit stingy not providing tea / coffee, mugs etc, if you're going to provide a kettle. I also didn't really like that the AC wouldn't let me change the settings much. And the terrace was closed. But these are all minor things. I thought this hotel was great.
