Location was excellent, only few minutes away from the Grotte. Kitchen was fully equipped with the dishwasher as well. Family rooms have 2 bathrooms with showers. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Staff is friendly and customer orientated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had blackout curtains. Lovely view through the window (9th floor).

Double beds were moving away from each other as there were 2x single standard beds however mattress and pillow were very comfortable. This was not a four star hotel and the interior is more B&B standard however very clean and very good to stay with the family with kids. Please note that this hotel does not run 24/7 reception however it did not bother us at all.

The size of the large apartment was brilliant for 4 adults, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a good sized living/dining area. We could have comfortably had 5 adults or 4 adults 2 children. The apartment has the majority of things you need. Bins are emptied daily which is rare for apartments but very helpful. There is a good supermarket 10 mins walk away and then a mini market 2 mins away for fresh bread. The reception also sells croissants, snacks and drinks which is helpful.

It would have been helpful to have had some cleaning spray (there was washing up liquid) and some food wrap. The shower cubicles and bathrooms are a bit cramped, but still perfectly functional.

If you plan to visit or work at the Lourdes sanctuary, this is a good option because from the hotel, it's only a 7-8 minute walk away. The room has a refrigerator, a stove with oven, microwave etc.. so we didn't have to eat out in restaurants all the time. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the City or the Monoprix for groceries (it's walkable but uphill). That same bus also goes to the train station for 1 euro so there's no need to pay for a taxi.

Bath towels are only changed after 3 or 4 days but one can pay for a set of fresh towels at any time.

The hotel is very close to all the main sites, on the bank of the river, about 5 minutes walk from the sanctuary. Our apartment was facing the internal yard, it was very quiet. The rooms were air conditioned and very clean, with modern furniture and a kitchenette with a large fridge/freezer. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like were the beds and sofa bed. The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The sofa bed's springs were noisy. It would be good if the hotel upgrades them to more comfortable ones in the future. Also, it would be nice to have an option to book a room with a double bed, instead of twin beds.

We travelled as a family. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The reviews don't do it justice. The bathrooms were modern and warm. There was plenty of space that we weren't on top of one another there was 5 of us. The bus outside the door was brilliant for shopping. It's a 5 min walk to the grotto. Plenty of options for food nearby. There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare food.The staff were so friendly even with our bad French we had a laugh!!!!

The beds were low to the ground, but that is just a personal preference, but still they were so comfortable! We all slept comfortable.

Great location, great views from our windows & lovely morning sun. Spacious apartment with good kitchen & equipments, nice double sofabed. Small single beds in bedroom - could do with 2nd pillow for each bed. Plenty of cupboard spaces, hangers, sockets, good lighting.

Could have had daily cleaning & better quality soap/shampoo. Would be nice to have shower caps & body lotion too.

Perfect location to visit the Basilica/Grotto and very close to cafes/restaurants for a coffee or quick meal. Our 2 bedroom apartment overlooked the river which was beautiful. It was also great to have the lift access to 2nd floor. Walls are a bit thin and could hear noise from outside the hallway and also loud people on the street (didn’t bother us but could bother others who are more sensitive to noise).

Small TV’s, the couches a bit outdated as the cushion kept sliding out, reception lady was a bit rude and not overly friendly. Only limited towels and bedding are provided and I believe you are charged extra if wanting more (we didn’t need to but info for others).

it was located only few mints walk from the church and shops. The property had a mini shop were you could purchase food and other use, such as milk and so on

The property only comes with single beds that it put together as double. but however when you are with children the bed often moves apart and a risk of the child falling in between.

For Lourdes, France, I found this a very convenient location, among restaurants, shops, grocery markets and the beautiful river. Once checked into the hotel, the key access into building at whatever hour was convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet with great views of the city. I will be staying here again.

I will need to add an extra room key to keep electricity on when not in the room. This will keep refrigerator going when food is present and stored.

Location in center so it's near all the places such as Basilicas, restaurant, shops, but of course it is not quiet a night. I however recommend this hotel due to its location, cleanness, and nice receptionist.

Wheelchair Accessible: For wheelchair users, a wheelchair room can turn a trip into a better one. This hotel has some big apartments and 2 small elevators which are large enough for wheelchairs. Just only the bathroom is quite small for a wheelchair and is NOT properly equipped with appropriate handles or handrails.
