Very good location; couple of minutes away from Pont-Vieux. A very welcoming reception area. The room was spotless and towels were changed every day. The bed was very comfortable.

The shower was too slippery. Anti slippery shower mats should be provided considering that a lot of elderly stay in this hotel. The room is very small. The desk should be removed as it blocked the wardrobe. If the desk is removed at least you can use the wardrobe. As things stand you can neither use the wardrobe nor the desk.

great location walking distance to sanctuary shops and places to eat. front desk staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and request.they assisted us in renting an electric scooter so my family member go to the sanctuary and around town.

Fantastic proximity to the Sanctuary, just a short stroll away. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries were readily stocked and replenished. A number of lifts are available for various parts of the hotel, so one lift was not servicing all rooms and therefore, there was never a long wait for lifts.

The breakfast was sufficient. The 1st morning, we had breakfast I noticed there were boiled eggs, which I looked forward to the following mornings, but they were not put out again. Croissant, baguette, cheese, ham, tinned fruit and yoghurt were a sufficient offering.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable. People were very friendly and the service was very good. They were very accommodating. We had to leave earlier than planned due to an issue with the airline. Even though breakfast meant to be at 7am, they had opened breakfast at 5:30am as we were leaving. Very close to the Shrine that we went on a pilgrimage to. So was able to go to the church every day.

There wasn't anything that we disliked. No Complains at all. Everything was perfect. We were very satified.

It was perfectly situated within walking distance of the grotto as well as many places to eat & shop. The front desk staff were very helpful. The AC was cool & comfortable.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of everything. About 5 minutes to grotto. Staff were so nice, especially Hugo, Antonio and Bruno. We have great chats with them. Rooms, shower, very clean. Reception nice too.

Was on the first floor and could be quite noisy at times, with the bins lorrys very early in morning and plates banging in the kitchen.

Nothing not to like - we opted to have breakfast at the hotel €12 per person- which we felt was expensive for the quality of breakfast provided- it is advertised as buffet breakfast but the choice was poor- just slices of cheese and ham - no hot option

On checked in, I was told I have been "up graded" to their sister hotel, Helgon, a four star hotel and located just next building. This is just as close to the Sanctuary as the one originally booked, the proximity is important to me. The original room allocated to me has a humming noise coming from the headboard area, by 8pm I asked to have the room changed, which, after some discussion, ì was allocated another room which is quiet. Staff at Reception were helpful & polite. A particular staff spoke good English which help to resolve issues quickly.

I was very impressed about the hotel in general. The consideration for clients was shown everywhere.
