Great location, pleasant & accommodating staff, helpful & sweet. Breakfasts were nice.

On the 6th floor where we stayed, all the rooms were on a common heat/cool setting. So, when one person wanted cooling, everyone else had to bear it. That meant that the whole floor had air conditioning on chilly nights in the cold autumn. I begged them @ 2am one morning to switch things to heat after the 2nd day & all was fine thereafter. In short, what one person wanted became the paradigm for the entire floor. A reasonable rule is needed or an revised system.

It was very grand, with an excellent central location to the Grotto. The best thing was that we were able to have a late checkout until 12pm for 2 of the rooms and the 3rd room we paid €40 to have until 18:30. So that we could do the stations of the cross, come back have a shower and change to get ready for the airport! The staff were very accommodating! We order 2 ubers… but they didn’t turn up… but the reception staff were able to order us a taxi which turned up in 10mins.

There was no swimming pool. And it wasn’t clear to us if/when we could use the bar?

Best location! Few steps about 2minutes walk from the church. It is right on the street of shops, restaurants & everything you need. Parking is free and very secured. I don’t think I will stay elsewhere if I happen to go back again. You will not be disappointed picking choosing this hotel for your stay.

There was a bad smell (from a toilet probably) that came to our room around 11am & didn’t understand where it came from but didn’t stay long. I saw a review about this smell when making the booking & it is indeed true that was unpleasant.

It is very close to the grotto. It is a nice hotel. I very much liked my room and the hotel. The bathroom was truly spacious. The front desk is very accommodating and very helpful. Here is some important information about the rooms. This hotel offers superior and deluxe rooms. The superior rooms are cheaper and seem newer and bigger, have larger restrooms and comfortable furniture. The deluxe rooms seem smaller and have less comfortable furniture, though they have a view and a larger tv. I think the superior rooms are all in another building, which in my opinion seems newer and fresher. I definitely recommend the superior to the deluxe rooms. I was originally placed in a deluxe room and upon seeing it asked the front desk if I could see a superior room and they were able to give me a superior room, which I thought was much better. Though I think this hotel only uses the words superior and deluxe to describe rooms on booking, as at the front desk these rooms were referred to as rooms with and without views. I was given a superior twin room, which was very large and came with a super comfy and large foam chair, and a nice desk with another comfortable chair. My dad was given a superior double room, which though not nearly large as my specific twin room, was comfortable and came with a balcony, though his room only came with a chair for his desk, and in the booking pictures, the superior room come with a foam chair.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Basilica and our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are what makes it shine! The front desk team particularly Anthony and Abbey were proactive and helpful. The restaurant was a little expensive but the food was exceptional (the best we had Lourdes) and the service staff in the restaurant fantastic. I want the breakfast chef’s mandeleine recipe! We had a lovely stay here.

Separate toilets could benefit from having a sink

The hotel was in a great location, being next to the grotto of Our Lady. The hotel staff were also very friendly, especially Camillo. He helped us to get a taxi to the airport when leaving the hotel, even though he had to try twice. He also encouraged us, if we should ever return to Lourdes, to contact him so that he can give us recommendations to eat, etc., which we greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Our water was not replaced during the daily cleaning, whereas it would have been nice to have them replaced.

Very beautiful, lobby is full of antique pieces. 5 minute walk from Lourdes pilgrimage via the st Joseph gate. Clean spacious room with clean bathroom. Receptionist was very helpful with explaining the events that took place, including the amazing candle light procession.

Not enough tea/coffee/milk. We asked for extra sugar and milk we didn’t receive it until I asked the 2nd time. The phone did not work. I had to walk to reception twice to explain the issue.

The location is fantastic - just a few steps from the Sanctuary, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is excellent, with comfortable, clean rooms and a welcoming, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I’ve been to Lourdes many times, but this hotel is definitely one of my favorites. I’ll absolutely be back!

The peace and quiet of the room at the back of the hotel overlooking the garden and off the main corridor. The hotel location to the grotto very close and easy to walk back to during the day. Right in the heart of the main street. The friendliness of the reception staff. The character of the hotel.

The room as first seemed a little smaller than I expected but it was fine and was adequate. Only one relaxing chair in the room not two and only one chair on the balcony for a room for two. But we were very happy with the hotel and i'm sure they would have provided if we had asked.
