Me and my partner stayed here for two nights. I was proposing to her the first day. I had communicated with the hotel to assist me with making it a surprise and they went above and beyond to make this happen! The level of service is awesome. They are friendly and respectful staff. The English language is a barrier in most places in France, but here the staff can speak English. The room is excellent and very clean. The location is perfect, only walking distance to the church. We definitely recommend a stay here and we will certainly come back.

There's hardly anything to dislike. The only thing if I was pressed would be the entrance to the hotel is not as clear and closes off at night and you have to take the back entrance to get in. Some clarity here would be great.

A comfortable room with all amenities: electrical sockets next to beds, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, tea, coffee and mugs, extra pillows, a lot of cupboards and a comfortable bathroom. The room cleaning every day: fresh towels, bed making and shower cleaning. The room was tidy, quiet and warm (it was chilly outside). A competent and helpful reception staff. The hotel is next to a gate to the sanctuary. There are many pleasant bistros and cafes around. We spent 5 great days in Lourdes. Thank you!

The hotel's location was terrific. When I return to Lourdes, I will only stay at Saint Rose. The air-conditioning was great. The staff, except for the man with glasses who was very rude and bothered when I asked a question, were exceptional and very helpful and kind. It is very, very clean and fresh.

The breakfast was not good. There were only two choices for main course, Also, the toast was burnt by the toasting machine. Most of the food was gone when I came to eat at 9am. There was little fresh fruit only canned. Few choices of cheeses and breads, bagels or muffins. We could have used some tissues(Kleenex) for the room not toilet tissues.

The hotel is very close to the church, which was convenient — we could return to our room for bathroom breaks instead of waiting in long queues. When we were stranded at the railway station past midnight, the receptionist kindly arranged a taxi for us. The staff was very helpful in organizing breakfast and booking our return taxi as well. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever we visit Lourdes.

Sainte-Rose was in a perfect location and very close to the grotto and restaurants and shops right on the fringe of the upmarket part of the town. A lovely view of the countryside, too, and the holy Cross up on the hill. We could see and hear the candlelit procession from the terrace. This was one of the only hotels that had an outdoor terrace. We felt settled the second we arrived. The staff are excellent, friendly and so helpful. The rooms were clean and decorated in a lovely style. Brilliant air conditioning. Very comfortable beds too. The 3 course evening buffet for 21 euros is fantastic. We chose to go room only and pay for the evening meal separately. It gave us the opportunity to eat at different restaurants. We loved this hotel and will be back

Good location if you are on pilgrimage to the Lourdes sanctuary - less than 2 mins walk. Access to many shops and cross-cultural restaurants . Very good dine-in buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Be prepared to pay a city tax of about 4-5 euros. Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable .

Challenge navigating the too many elevators inside tge hotel. More than 5 elevators compartment attached to each section of the building. One can be confused within first day of arriving with navigating which elevator belong to your room sections. Buy yiu will be fine after day 1 of arrival.

I was moved to Hotel Saint Sauveur nearby, owned by same company. Staff were fine, as was room, quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel St Rose has an excellent locked bicycle parking room with power to charge e-bikes, so highly recommend for cyclists.

The walk with my gear from one hotel to the other, whilst only about 200 metres, was a pain.

The service was excellent. The staff spoke Spanish well and were extremely friendly and helpful

The breakfast was the only negative part of our experience. The food served would not be replaced once it was finished. We would arrive to the breakfast at 8AM and much of the food would already be gone.

Everything was great! Budget friendly but it gives comfort and accessibility in the area, especially in the Sanctuary and Grotte. Our room was nice and clean too! The staffs were very kind, they can communicate well in English and they always smile which made us feel more comfortable.

Just for the breakfast, it was a buffet but the choices were few. Coffee machine is broken. Quite expensive for the served meals.
