Location was excellent. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Staff were helpful. Foyer bright and welcoming.

Toilet was not as clean as it could have been. Things like coffee maker not present even when asked for. Breakfast items not topped up until asked for.

It's very close to the entrance of the Lourdes grotto. Close to the shops, nearby there is a store which rent electric scooter with a very reasonable price. Also close to the restaurants. Everything is walking distance from here. Plus there was a children play area.

During our first evening there was electricity outage for 3 hours in the entire city. All hotels, restaurants, shops went dark. But fortunately we could still enter the room using as door swipe system is using battery. All the staff were still there and very helpful. They helped me to lift my kid stroller and wheelchair from the lobby to the 3rd floor. However, it would be very nice if the hotel has a generator for power backup for this kind of situation.

Perfect location, very close to the sanctuary. Clean and spacious room, very helpful and nice staff. Hotel lobby is nice.

The breakfast could be better, despite all the options available.

The Hotel Roissy position allows easy access to the holy sites also to people who di not have easy walking facility The breakfast was beyond expectations and the personnel very helpful

the rooms are very small, perhaps smaller that declared sizes in description. We know that the problem with space is common in Lourdes , but for a 4 stars hotel expected better room size. the parking is very small and although space was booked and confirmed , there was none on arrival. The matter has been resolved but after long journey and at night it is not what one wants to find on arrival.

The hotel Roissy is perfectly positioned to visit the Grotto. Just a 2 minute walk down the road. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, clean. The staff could not be nicer , friendlier or more helpfull. We had 2 rooms that were inter connecting which was so handy for our family. The food in the hotel was really good, but my one and only complaint about the Hotel Roissy, was there was very little choice in the evening meal for a Vegetarian like me. Apart from that our stay was really comfortable and we will definately be staying in Hotel Roissy when we next come back to Lourdes.

Choices for vegararians in evening meals were very limited.

I like the Hotel location it is close proximity to the gate of Notre Dame Basilica and Grotto 5 min walk from the hotel. There are many differrent Restaurant around to Dine in, plus souvenir shops and supermarket are few steps away from the Hotel. They also have In House Restaurant and Bar that serves very affordable and delicious meals. Staff are very helpfull and accomodating. The ambience is very relaxing. The rooms are very clean,comfortable bed,aircondition superb. It has mini fridge ,tea and coffee maker. Above all it was Quiet place to relax after a busy day.

I prefer a pine silky Duvet and pilkow cover.Also a glass or mug in the toilet. To use for oral hygiene and not a paper cup. Likewise on the tea and coffee, i prefer mug compare to paper cups.

The closeness to the sanctuary.

There were only 2 elevators. One goes until the 6th floor and the other one until the 7th. Our rooms were on the 7th floor. We were tired when we came in. We were a big group with large pieces of luggages. The elevator was busy and it took awhile before we can bring all of our luggage to our rooms. There was even one man, a guest using the elevator ( can’t even call him a gentleman) because he kept talking in an angry voice in a foreign language to us , indicating that we should not enter the elevator with the three of them. Why? Isn’t it an elevator for all guests???). We just ignored him and went on loading our luggage. He is so inconsiderate!

The location is perfect. Just a short walk to everything. The staff are very friendly and very very helpful. The breakfast is good, abundant and fresh. Liked the idea to havw your reserved table every day so you know that you will find your place every day and no need to rush to avpid groups. The rooms ( we had 3) are huge. Comfy beds and big balconies. The disabled room.has a huge walk in step free shower. The water pressure is high. There is a kettle in the room which is supplied with free tea and coffee daily. This hotel is great and its staff are one of a kind. They always smile and make you feel welcome.

Cannot find any.

Its close proximity to the Sanctuary was a bonus! It is just two minutes walk down to the St Joseph Gate. We had a smooth check-in & check-out. The reception staffs were cordial. The room was as advertised - small but clean and comfortable. The house keeping was done well. We had a pleasant 4 days stay.

As we had a 4 nights stay, the breakfast remained same over those 4 days- bacon, sausage, Rajma pulses with rice & scrambled eggs. It was boring to have this repeated breakfast. We did enjoy the interaction with the restaurant staff.

Location was fantastic. A flat path close to side entrance to Sanctuary. The food in the set menu was tasty and good value. Eleanor who served our food for five evenings was courteous, professional and very helpful. Thank you Elenore for helping make our time in Lourdes extra special.

Our bed didn't have sheets but had a kind of mattress protector. That was quickly rectified.
