The receptionists were very welcoming, could communicate well in English and also very understanding. We needed help with booking activities and transport and they were exceptional. We also asked if they could do chicken nuggets for our son and they also check and could provide even though it was not in the menu. It was an overall very welcoming experience, if we come back we will surely choose this hotel. Well done for making our stay a pleasurable one.

The food menu can be tailored a bit more to have a selection for kids, however we still did not have an issues with this as we were still accommodated when we asked.

Tiziana at the restaurant made dining a delight with her exceptional hospitality, and Kristina, who was housekeeping, ensured my room was spotless and cosy throughout my stay. This hotel and its facilities were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness was also of high standard and the best thing about it was the air conditioned rooms and hallways which were a constant relief when coming in from the summer heat outside. Proximity to the grotto area was also very convenient.

There was nothing that I can say I didn't like. Maybe it would have been convenient if the dinner time was a bit longer since we had wanted to eat at the hotel but were a bit late. Some assistance with day excursions would also have been welcome.

We stayed for one night and this place had the basic facilities. Room was clean and staff were lovely - majority spoke English which helped. There is parking at this hotel which is ideal and it’s less than 2 mins from the main church area hence why we booked this place. If you are staying for 1 or 2 nights I would recommend this place

There is a kettle in the room but no tea bags, sugar etc. Not a negative but would have been a nice touch to the room.

The room is very good, a big space. The location is very good, very close to the sanctuary and city center. 15 minutes walking from Lourdes train station. Breakfast is very good also, with a few options for a perfect and efficient one. The staff was very helpful and attentive to the guests, we even had recommendations about the city. The restaurant's staff was also very pleasant. I went with my mother and my friend for the toussant's holiday, we stayed two nights.

The hotel is on a slope so elder people struggle up and down especially in the rain. The breakfast was okay but some areas did not have the items other areas did. Mostly continental options but had scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Our triple room had a bathtub whilst another double had a walk in shower which we would have preferred.

Spectacular. Everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable—just a three-minute walk from the sanctuary, you really can’t get any closer. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Definitely a highly recommended experience. Very clean and feels brand new. Everything was in excellent condition and well maintained.

Very good location. Near the Basilica and Grotto. Near restaurants. If we need ice, we can request from front desk.

Providing a small fridge, access to tap water to drink. Not the hotels fault but they can recommend transportation to guests coming in for a reasonable fee since uber is not available and taxi kind of hard to get. Maybe an fyi to guests

The hotel is just few steps from the busy area which is perfect. You can reach the sanctuary within 5mins walk.

The paid parking was not recommended as it was way too far from the hotel and is not covered (you can find a covered parking nearby with less price). They have garage that was 20€/d which was not explained to us even when I asked months in advance about the reservation of the parking.
