Its location. The hôtel is very close to the sanctuary but not so close as to see all the tourists. We had a beautiful view towards the river, and Pic du Jer and the Pyrenees which was lovely.

Unfortunately there is a bar on the street, I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s, that plays music on and on and on and people party until later than 12 at night, making it difficult to go to sleep, before the noise stops. Breakfast could be better, it has a small variety of bread, for protein, ham and cheese, no eggs and for cereal 2 options.

Place is clean, room is wide - great size, friendly and honest staff. Room cleaned daily.

Just have a bit of trouble getting the luggages through the stairs when we came. Turn out there is a ramp on the side of the building. Staff kindly let us know when we were leaving.

Very central to the grotto everything within walking distance

Would be a nice if tea/coffee making facilities were available in the rooms,although we were provided with a complimentary bottle of water so that was nice but hard to beat the cuppa!!

Very clean , respectful and good location

Not enough parking on site . All parking were reserved. But front desk allow us to park for few minutes to load and unload and offer us parking on the street

There was no food available as I was a solo traveller & therefore not with a pilgrimage.

Room had a fantastic view of river and mountains - staff all were really friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was the only disappointment.

We booked a room with mountain view and it was a great choice considering we got a beautiful view of the river and the surrounding mountains. Pikria, the young lady at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed talking to her as she explained in details what we could visit around the area of Lourdes.

This place accommodated 3 of us. The room is fairly clean. The receptionist is excellent. The breakfast was awesome. The waitress even bring me the coffee.

it is central in Lourdes. Just a very short walk from the Sanctuary and in the Central area. Also, it was a very pleasant surprise to find rea and coffee facilities in our 3 rooms.

The only small drawback was that we had only two electric sockets in our room. But the other 2 rooms had more.

It was clean . It is walking distance from the Sanctuary. It is also near amenities restaurants etc.

The property was fine
