The hotel is old, but everything works. The staff was very helpful and fluid in Spanish. The beds were too soft but comfy, rooms have an old heating system, but works like a charm. Warm blankets, spacious room.

It’s old, very old. But it’s a common thing in the area, there are not modern hotels in Lourdes. Hotel has no parking and public parking is veeeery expensive.

The quietness in the room was unmatched. Stayed in the hotel 2 times and both times slept like wood😅 The beds and rooms are super cozy. The location is superb, very close to the sanctuary and near the river. The facilities are not the newest, there is no kettle and hairdryer. But if you want the quietness, this is the place!

Clean and quiet location -where we are the window overlooking the river is amazing site to watch especially upon waking up with sun rising .

Complimentary facilities lacking as basic provision to general accomodation like hairdryer and hot beverages facility. But internet is brilliant.

The room is small. But comfortable. Worth the money. And the staffs were very kind and helpful. The location is amazing near to lake.

The distance :- Near to church (8-10 minutes). But little far from railway station, and the roads are very steep. With luggages difficult to reach there

France air strikes Personel of hotel help us to find driver and bring us to Bilbao airport 300 km away one side and we could flight back from there instead of Lourdes airport,massive help on anything which we asked,brilliant people,brilliant family too

fantastic location 10 mins walking distance to lourdes grotto and town centre. family run and welcoming. they were very accommodating of my room change request despite it being a busy weekend. lots of personal touches. 24hrs reception. excellent value for money, definitely recommend!

Bed wasn’t exactly the most comfiest, quite hard to sleep on

Comfortable clean room. Very good location with parking in front of the hotel (free public after 6.15pm)

No negative comments. Rooms could pose some problems during the hot summer time because they lack AC Not so during the cold winter time because the room has central heating.

Smaller room than in pictures. Small bathroom also (for 3). Clean but not that clean.
