Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean. Bed comfortable. Overlooking river. Great views. The staff are very VERY nice...good for them...the hotel should be proud...thanks to all.

We ordered a packed breakfast for one day. It was a bit meagre and just put in a bag, bread, cutlery and all. We would have expected the bread and croissant to be wrapped up at least. We must add that we were charged less for the packed breakfast...thank you Hotel Christina. Putting the 'Do not Disturb' sign on the door means we want nobody in our room. However, once someone did enter and put fresh towels we did not need. This did not happen again after informing reception.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were so clean and beds really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left daily. Shower is a bit small but it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good each morning.

The hotel has a good view. It is located in a very strategic area, easy to reach, and very close to the sanctuary. There are many restaurant nearby.

The parking slot is not owned by the hotel. It is a public parking and we cannot reserve the slot. We need to be more patient to find the empty slot.

I liked the location it s very central perfect to go to the sanctuary. Just a 7 minute walk in the middle of many Restaurants too. The room was clean.

The bathroom was hard to handle. And we honestly tried to avoid using the loo in the room. The shower is like 3cm next to the loo barely space to turn. Everything gets wet it s just not nice.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable. Bath and shower were in each bathroom. Good air conditioning. Only an 8-10 minute walk to Lourdes Sanctuary.

Door keys kept getting deactivated during stay, but this was resolved by reception without any problems.

The staff was amazing, Alexis the Director was attentive to all our needs. Joao and all the staff have a service orientation

U liked the location very near the basilica,hotel reception very nuce and accomodating,very clean they clean the room and change towels everyday

Location. Within walking distance of attractions but in a quiet area. Car parking on site. Staff were welcoming. Aircon was appreciated.

First night's dinner was delicious but rushed. The restaurant was closing early 19:30, so we could only have a set menu. No drinks were offered

I like the location, and the treat given by the property staff. The breakfast is great, and with a cheap cost.

The bed is okay, but didn’t have nice pillows. They have a machine to warm water, for tea and coffee, but was dirty in my room. Everything else was okay.

Great Hotel and exceptionally clean. Very polite and friendly staff. Only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of town. Parking facilities for motorcycles in under cover garage, was an excellent choice for us. Saved them getting wet. Great hotel and highly recommended.
