I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my travels. The place was exceptionally clean, which made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities—great for someone on the go like me. As a peregrinator, I appreciated that luxury wasn't necessary; this hotel offered everything I needed for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for quality without the frills!

Well maintained hotel. Could be mistaken for a 4 star, Evening meal provided on Saturday evening. Any issues dealt with straightaway. Staff always helpful. Shower although small was adequate. Friendly environment within 10 mins of the Grotto. Shops aplenty to purchase souveniers!

I would have liked coffee/tea making facilities in our room. Breakfast was included in our deal. Limited choice in selection some of which ran out when we came down to breakfast. Would have liked more cereals also some ham to go with the cheese. Very few eating places open when we arrived so we were limited as to where to eat out.

The Staff were absolutely amazing, great banter and humor. Clean comfortable room, nice and cosy, customer comfort excellent. Lovely breakfast. Thank you for such a lovely stay. The only suggestion I would make is more lighting around the hotel. Stairs and hallway dark for my mother who is a pensioner. She also rates your hotel top marks and had a wonderful stay. Thank you

The room was clean and comfortable, but small, as are all the hotel rooms in Lourdes. We stayed for 5 nights, and we had breakfast only one morning, and it was very good. There was a nice array of fruits, breads, proteins, and fresh coffee or tea, and it was well-worth the price charged for it.

The only thing I didn't like, was the distance from the shrine. My husband is handicapped, and the distance was a little difficult for us, although it wouldn't have been in the past.

It was fit for purpose. Its close to the church and convenient to reach. The host was so kind and helpful. We didnt know the language which made it very difficult for us to dial the taxi service and select the option. We were stranded at the airport but our host was so courteous to arrange a cab. Idk his name or would have mentioned it

It is slightly expensive compared to other properties but its mostly because of the convenient location wherein the cheaper ones are a bit farther

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond for everything we wanted.We were put in 3 rooms at the back of the hotel which were quite musty and small.When we asked if we could be upgraded we got rooms at the front with balcony and only charged 10€ a night.

The location is fantastic, very near to the Grotte and great for a visit to the mountains. I had booked a room with mountain view and i can only recommend it. The view from the balcony is spectacular!

Excellent location. Good continental breakfast

Room was very tired and small. Had a desk and chair but impossible to sit at as the bed was in the way. Massive window which had a curtain but no blinds so residents of the adjacent building could see in. Had to keep the big curtain closed when getting changed and therefore have the light on. Only one electrical outlet in the bedroom and one in the bathroom.

Warm and spacious room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Room was warm. Plenty of hot water. Room cleaned and towels changed each day. Staff very friendly. A good location.

Enjoyed breakfast However I booked late and didn’t realise everywhere else except hotels were shut down I enquired about evening meal but was told had to be booked 24 hours in advance
