The location is just near the Grotto. The evening staff is really nice. They will change the room in case you have a problem in your assigned room as long as you haven't used the towels. The price is cheap but take note that they don’t have airconditioner. You can request to change your room with a balcony. Their smoke detector is working. Avoid smoking even in the Balcony as respect to everyone staying in the hotel. They have microwave and allows you to use plates and utensils.

They upgraded my room and given me the largest room. In each floor there is one large room with large toilet. Ask if you could request for this if you booked a twin room.

Best hotel experience I've had! The hotel is close to the sanctuary and to the town, and it has a nice view of the river as well. The staff, particularly Mourad, is incredibly friendly, well-mannered, detailed and helpful! When I came to Lourdes, the last thing I expected was for one of the main highlights of the trip to be the hotel concierge, but this is indeed what happened! Mourad was very helpful with ensuring guests from all countries and languages knew the daily schedules in Lourdes, heats the rooms before guests arrive in the winters, and is excellent at accommodating any special requests. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are running smoothly and that the guests are content so that they can have a restful, prayerful experience in Lourdes. Thank you for the wonderful conversations and the very nice hotel experience (and for the amazing Kabylian Couscous! It was soooo delicious and so thoughtful of you!)

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel, given the budget price!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Any issues were quickly sorted. The balcony was lovely! Despite there being no air con (which is stated on the listing so we knew this), keeping the shutters and curtains closed during the day kept it cool, despite there being an immense heat wave! It’s a very quaint and no frills hotel which we actually like. Also like that it still has physical keys as the keycards are too easy to accidentally wipe.

Not a dislike but the bathroom is a bit compact and if you have got mobility issues or are on the larger side, the toilet is a bit snug. The shower was nice and roomy, however. Also, again not a dislike, but given where the hotel is, some disabled access would be useful as would a slightly more rigid feeling lift.

Location: Literally 8 minutes walk to Basilica Very good shower pressure and heating Nice view outside balcony. Gave river and snow cap mountains Nice restaurants around I don't complaint much as this is real bargain for the price I paid. If you just need a place to sleep during your pilgrimage then this is the place. Customer service was very good.

Please replace blankets with duvets. Blankets were worn out and dusty Add a electric kettle and glass cup. This is a must. Hotel could do these two with very little effort. If you are looking for a place to relax then this is not the place unfortunately.

I absolutely loved this place. The facilities were excellent but, perhaps even more importantly, the staff was really great. It was run but a nice couple, and the wife even made me a free cup of tea when I arrived. She and her husband also helped me tremendously with finding a route to the airport (despite a bit of a language barrier). As Google Maps and every other app I tried were completely ignorant of this location for some reason, I literally and truly couldn't have done it without them! All around good stay, and great value for money, I definitely recommend!

Great place in the center of Lourdes, safe parking inside the hotel, beautiful views from room

Very bad organisation with parking, the gate is locked at night, nobody is on reception, only from 8 am... if you will need to go away earlier, it can be a big problem

I liked the cleanliness and the demeanor of the hotel staff. I also liked the location. If the dining room had been open, I would've found it excellent. Sadly that was not the case. Understandable, because it was off-season. So excused. Altogether, I enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends who wish to visit Lourdes for pilgrimage ☺️

The fact that I couldn't have a proper meal or beverage in the hotel.

I happened to be sick at my stay, I had to isolate in the room. The owners were so helpfull, providing what I needed and more, with their kindness and support. The address of this hotel was perfect for me. Away from the very touristed part and then again only about 200 m to the touristed part. I had a balcony towards the river, and enjoyed it totally. The atmosphere. To sit and watch the river, the people fishing and the mountains. Very relaxing. I had dinner a few times. The food was delicious and filling.

Hotel with a good location located next to the river and close to all sights and the center of the city. Facilities are great but a little bit out of date but this is not a problem as they are very clean an practical. Our room even had a separated toilet / bathroom. The owners and hosts of the hotel are very nice and welcoming to their guests this is definitely something that makes the stay here extra special. I would definitely recommend a stay here as this is a perfect location if you are on a budget.
