Lovely manager at the reception counter. There was a younger employee who told us we needed to change rooms when we asked to extend our stay, and move into a smaller one, but the manager immediately realised the employee had made a mistake and arranged for us to stay in the same room, going out of her way to help us and make us comfortable. Very clean sheets and towels, very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Short walk to the Sanctuary and main restaurants and shops. Good hotel parking for 7 euros per day.

The wi-fi was extremely slow, and got disconnected every couple of minutes.

- very informative receptionist - secured paid parking, allowed us to stay after check out - walking distance to all attractions and restaurants - highly recommend the night procession (very easy to get to!) - able to cook but some of the appliances (I.e. pots) you need to pay a deposit. - air conditioned - beds are comfortable. - offer breakfast if wanted for an extra fee

- late check in time and early check out from normal - reception is closed until check in time (4pm) - quite an old property but expect from the area however very clean.

This accommodation is in a perfect location, very close to the sanctuary, which makes it easy to go back and forth throughout the day — ideal for rest and reflection between visits. The rooms are very spacious. If we had to suggest anything, it would be to refresh the decor a bit — maybe update the wall colors or add a more modern touch. Everything else worked well, and it's definitely a plus that there is parking available on-site, even though it could be a bit more affordable.

With the price, the room exceeded my expectation. The room is spacious and clean, the area is quite, the parking is 7euro per day in a secured place and just few steps behind the hotel. The parking was very practical. The location is in the city center. 10 minutes by walking to the Sanctuary. The use of kitchen tools is with deposit and need to be taken from the receptionist desk.

When entering the receptionist room there was a strange smell, it is like a wet and humid smell.

location was great, walking distance to the basilica and restaurants . bus to and from airport is very near. very clean. staffs are friendly.we definitely book again. forgot to bring insect repellant or insect bite oitment, some mosquitoes were in the room. the fridge is noisy so we have to turn it off when we sleep. pillows are a bit thin so we used the bed cover to put under it.

nothing to dislike. great value of money.

Earlier check-in, easy 10 mins walk to the sanctuary , clean and fresh, lovely and highly recommended Entre 2 0 (family run) restaurant, less than 5 mins walk from the hotel ( booking recommended to avoid disappointment ).

Having to clear the bin from the room but this will not stop us from booking this place again at the right price Note : Hotel parking €7 per 24 hours - There is a free Public car park about 10 mins walk from the hotel

Great location! Basic, no frills but perfectly adequate. very clean with comfy firm beds. Basic but great kitchen ( incl microwave). Aircon/ clean/ good ( but small) bathroom with bath /shower. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

For the price, nothing!

I came to Lourdes 2x a year , and we stayed in Villa Mariale with a large group like it is because of a great location, complete kitchen amenities ,dish free , and electric kettle. Comfortable, clean,soundproof, excellent housekeeping, and friendly staff. Accessible to supermarkets ,shops, restaurants , Pharmacy ,taxi, and near buses stop. On time bus service from and going to Lourdes airport. The reception will help you to get the bus time service or if you need taxi telephone number. Villa Mariale is centrally located not far from the Lourdes Grotto by short walk. Well done Florence, thank you, Villa Mariale, for your great service. I recommended it to anyone wishing to visit Lourdes.

Hotel is located near the Airport Shuttle bus stop - just a minute to go. Also very close to the Grotto and restaurants. Staff very helpful - we had some problems what was solved very fast, also had help with directions, they let us to store our luggage after check out.

We had electricity cut off and fridge was leaking.

Really nice apartment for a good price! It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The staff were really nice and always willing to help! At a 6 min walking distance from the basilica, there is also a bus stop for the airport literally outside of the building

Wifi was off during our whole stay, they said it was a technical issue and were trying to resolve it, they also apologized for it which I do appreciate, but nonetheless it is not so nice to not be able to connect to it.
